This has been a Creepypasta story I listen to frequently, usually late at night when I'm just playing some sort of mindless game on my Xbox. I also work at a haunted house and this definitely keeps me in the spirits of "Fear all Year."

So glad you went with "The Devil Game!" I like "The Cell Phone Game" too, but "Devil Game" is one of the very few creepypastas I've listened to at least ten times. It's so fun, creative, and spooky to consider. Great reboot!

Damn, I remember both this and the cell phone game as the first stories I’ve ever heard. Also damn now that I’m older I understood most of the references and inferences that were in this story
This pasta was one of the best but I would have to say the very best one yet is the secret bar, really just feels like a real story

Probably the best classic story he's recently redone for the ten year anniversary.
Overall this story has a lot of the best aspects of other CPs.
A interesting and familiar list of requirements and details that add depth to both the ritual and The Devil himself.
A villain/monster with lots of intelligence, personality and list of dangers.
A legitimately scary set of consequences and rewards. A worthwhile reward that could make someone play the game, despite the risks.
A cheeky and fun to listen to narrator. A narrator who has a legitimate reason to share the story.
Overall a well written and clean story with little to no cliche or bad writing elements.
A pretty good twist, and has none of the edge or teenager fanfiction elements.
Some of these are really bringing me back...

Just watching this now in July 2021, and BRO! I've been watching you since you first posted this damned story. Creepypastas got me through the long shlongs on 12 hr night shifts and has kept me into creepypastas since then. I'm so glad to see you've reached the 10 year mark, even if I haven't been the most loyal sub (what can I say, not all that glitters and what not...) Ritual Pastas are my friggin favorite. I keep a playlist of all the ones I've liked over the years and have even had to search out some new talent reading them because the old guy had to take it down. To me, Ritual Pastas are as close as we get to old stories we heard as kids about what's waiting in the dark. Keep em up and here's to another 10 years!!!!!

This is by far one of my favorites creepypastas maybe 2nd only to the Godzilla Nes Series and a competitive 3rd the forest ranger series. Keep up the amazing work I hope some new ritual pastas come in 2021.
Honestly I think I like the tone of the first telling of this story on this channel. It just sounded more intense, more like you’re deeply invested in it. Not that your retelling here isn’t good too, just that I think the first telling was better
