  • Despite the challenges of 2020, I just had to go home to Ghana and refresh my body, mind and soul. Making baby steps with the retirement home. It is by the grace of God in Jesus name and not by my might. So glad that I made it to the motherland and back to the States. Fortunate to have both countries and making the most out of my BLESSINGS. Little by little but we are getting there !!! I hope these videos inspire others who are thinking of retiring in Ghana or Africa.

@@naniboat8563 P.O.P can be technically made into a plasterboard and design them. The cost depends on the installer and also where you buy your plasterboard. Some p.o.p installers charge by room size i.e. square footages, others may charge by design. It may seem that the plasterboard without it's designs will be cheaper but please verify with your installer. Thanks

Surely it did cost you a certain amount. We know size, location, taste and everything else matters (we know, trust me we know) but atleast it gives people idea of what they'll have to put together and what the market is like. Don't forget mostly people that view these projects are Ghanaians abroad who intend to build in Ghana so these kind of informations helps, it helps a whole lot. When I bought my land in 2012 I was dead set that $15,000 will build the house I wanted but today from nigerian blogs and youtube I've learned I may have to add another 0 to that amount for my house. I know Africans (I'll say Ghanaians because the Nigerians do share their cost breakdowns) don't like sharing costs for whatever reasons and i respect that but atleast estimates and not the exact amount could help someone.
