My favorite part about this story is right at the end, when the National Guard found no evidence of the armory being looted or anything being taken from it they’re like “oh man, it’s a shame all those guns were lost in a tragic boating accident.”

The book 'Ordinary Men' by Christopher Browning covers the psychology behind it all. George Washington even warned us all in extremely accurate detail in his farewell address of 1796.

@@zer0deaths862 you make somewhat valid points, lots of excops/feds quit & become whistleblowers & then get disappeared. Would free people put up with their truth tellers being vanished as such?🤔
& The leos take by some accounts up to 5 oaths(one of which is masonic by design), so is there really openness with their code of silence? When the people had the common law grand jury assembled, sheriffs & police were in small supply. Without said 4th(1st really) branch of governance, the leos gave themselves powers & bloated budgets not meant for them, thus resembling the swine you infer.

Bill White did not break into the armory to get the guns. By that time his mom had locked him up in his bedroom. My father in law and his dad got the guns. And they didn't break in. The caretaker unlocked the door. Afterwards, the guns were were cleaned and returned.

The judges were more than fair, actually easy on folks more often than not. The sheriff is decent. Runs Off deputies and jailers that don’t act right so nothing like it was back then. Not enough jobs so too many people on hard drugs, big problem with meth and pills. @@jupitercyclops6521
