so what does maceration mean when a perfumer does it? and how is it different from it just sitting in your bottle at home?
It has something to do with how long the perfumer always it to sit before the stop the maceration process
But we would need an actual perfumer to Comment on the exact details

After some air got into it, I like it a lot. It has A LOT of castoreum in base.

@@RamseytheRam he has some others like Blue Pearl & Horizon which are really good freshies. Voyage is the only Sherwood I don’t like that much. Horizon & Voyage were like $32-$35 for 50ml 😅😅

And yes, this one gets better with age for sure. But gotta say, only an artisanal oud head like you would call this a freshie! 😂
