The questions might seem irrelevant but no question should be ruled out, when trying to establish or shall we say, defend a client. For lay people, his questions seem irrelevant but for lawyers his questions make a perfect sense.

This is a battle of Advocates!!! I am still so far not understanding what does he expect to get from these minimum details on for example whether she signed all pages or not. I did appreciate the way she ended the discussion initially by saying "Let us admit I didn't sign in every single page...". The problem of INCOMPETENCY of the PP is not on the basis of signing or not in all pages of a document. She ommitted crimes of certain individuals that were included in the draft report of the investigations who testified at this commission.

@@dukemasengana3388 I might not like Dali Mpofu as well, but honestly, the one who was exposed here is Thuli Madonsela. On the issue of initialing pages of an affidavit, she was all over the place. On whether she is registered, again she was caught. To be referred to as an advocate all these years up until now as she has been, you need to be registered. With the answer that she gave, obviously she is not, and therefore she has been living on a false status as an advocate.
