Hey Bella! I used to have serious scalp issues - I completely sympathize with you. I was even on medicated shampoo and it didn't help and smelled terrible. THEN, I tried Mizani Scalp Care Hair shampoo and conditioner, I used it ONCE and I've never had scalp problems since!!!! Trrrrry it and I promise you, you will not need to see a derma or have issues again ! Thank me later

Hey bells, you can wear a sweatband + satin scarf to maintain your natural silk pressed hair without compromising your fitness. Just make sure it all dries up before removing it like maybe a hour after your workout

As soon as you started talking about your scalp I automatically knew what you were talking about. I am going through the same thing, and I find that no using coconut oil and using a good clarifying shampoo helps but I am still searching for a good solution. I would love to know what works once you find a solution. Love youuu

Head and shoulders is really good to and use natural products in your hair. Castor oil. You can also use Vaseline which is also good
