We went on a winning run and then realised we could win the league and bottled it , we lost the league at Ibrox in the 3-3 draw we were absolutely awful saved by the goal of the season effort from Matondo.

Got to see what happens with his budget friendly team next year. Cause that’s the issue here. Probably full of loaned players and journeyman and the odd under 21 international

You can only sell players that other teams want. Butland is the only one of any value. Your club is skint!

Cortez and Sima being fit is all well and good but if you don't win that midfield they are starved of the ball.

The biggest disappointment was the lack of fight and urgency.
Definitely didn't look anything like a team battling for a league title against their biggest rivals in a unique fixture. That wasn't enough effort for just a ordinary old firm game never mind a must win title decider.

Why play 2 defensive midfielders and a number 10. You can play a flat 3 when defending and when attacking play one deep and the other 2 breaking forward
Clement team selection not for the first time was wrong. Did not address Celtic threats. Play same players get same results
To get the players required we will need to sell Jack Butland plus about 5 or 6 squad players. Dowell, Motondo, Lammers, Hagi, Davies plus move on Tav and Goldson to Saudi

Clement is another manager who does not change his system. I’m sorry but you can’t play the same system against every team. It makes it easier for teams to play against you. Celtic beat us in the middle every game but we don’t change formation to stop that happening
Look at January signings. Cortes injured Silva rubbish and Diomande not exactly setting the heather on fire. Does not bode well for a Summer rebuild

Under Gerrard we played our game and went for them and pressed high .celtic don't like that .if you allow them time and space they are OK but press them constantly and they fold ..Gerrard knew this and that's why we were successful against them under Gerrard

We need better midfield players to beat Celtic. Raskin Sterling and Diomande should have been in midfield and McCausland on the right
Why's everyone keep talking about give Clement time to bring in his OWN players...? The guys already told us right away in his very 1st interview he is NOT the man who likes to identify and bring in players. He prefers some other man to do that for him and he just works with what he's given to work with. Or did I just totaly imagine that!? Nope! As his interviews are on here. And he didn't just say it once, he repeated it again later on. Basically the guys a coach that's all he is. The opposite of Beale who wanted to run the entire show & do everything, this one's not wanting to do anything. But they nothing show an arrogance that's not really justified. OK Clement did win things at Club Bruges & Beale was a rookie but the minute Clement compared the demands at Bruges to Rangers & said its the same level of pressure, he was either naive or else in his arrogance dismissive of Scottish football.

Craig having Tavernier as captain and Goldson sitting on bench on 30-40K a week is a complete nonsense- what planet are you on… Sell them to generate funds for fresh new mobile talent… They are serial losers, they don’t have the belief and Celtic have their number… Playing Sterling out of position to protect captain Tavernier is ludicrous… Ridvan/Sterling as full backs, buy 2 new centre backs… Sort the defence!

On our injury record, it's probably multifactorial.
We recruit players with a track record of injuries. That needs to change.
We might not have prepared them properly in the pre-season. Only the performance team know if that's true and if it can be changed.
It snowballs. Injuries limit rotation making further injuries more likely. We could use our youth players more to mitigate that.
We are fouled more frequently than other teams. We could move the ball better. We can't change Scottish referees letting the "wee team" away with more fouls per booking because they feel that's somehow fair. We could recruit players that are more physically robust to challenges.
We don't treat long term sick leave the same as in any other workplace. These guys should be managed out of the payroll rather than pinning our hopes that they are the future of the organisation.
Apart from referee decision making, there's a lot we can and need to change. Big picture it's charitably written off as a symptom of us gambling to try and recover from 2012 given the financial gap that created between us and Celtic (mainly to stop 10IAR). It's time to move on from that to a more sustainable approach.

Goldson is the highest paid player in Scotland theres no chance of him being a squad player. Your also forgetting when goldson was available for free no1 wanted him cuz he’s garbage it was only rangers that was mental enough to give him a 4 year contract on 40k a week. Rangers just throw money down the drain I’ll give you an example Leon king is on 10k a week and can’t get near the team when we literally have no defenders while Celtic pay scales even tho he’s pish he contributes and he’s on 5k and I could go on and on

I am just so sick of feeling like this , totally self inflicted, motherwell, ross co , Dundee, we could have afforded to lose it. Dreading the cup final. Big pitch to get ripped apart.
