Every York Predator I’ve worked on with that same board always had about 15 million of those same stupid error messages which most of them don’t really mean anything. Yesterday I did a maintenance on about 15 older York Predators that predate that stupid board with the display. It was so nice. 😆
Simplicity boards suck! Some of those errors can be eliminated if they were disabled during commisioning the unit. The clean coil is stage 1 for C1, the other is for C2
love when the issue affects the customer enough to put in a work order, but not enough for them to consider paying to fix it! nice video
On sizing those York/JCI units’ tonnages, just divide the first three numbers by twelve. 102/12 is an 8.5T unit.

I had that exact pressure switch wire break off of that model RTU, maybe York needs to work on their crimps.
I also have had the same wire break off the same pressure switch on a slightly larger 10 ton unit of the same style

My company has the same NTE with certain customers. Others just want it fixed.
I love how they also have the wrong size filters in the unit, so that the filter access door can't even shut

Something else I’ve been doing is adding mass to the discharge line. Wrap it in foam tape and clamp Unistrut to it. I’ll send another video.
