- 350g all purpose flour
- 12g sugar
- 5g salt
- 225g cold butter cubes
- 90g ice cold water
pumpkin pie filling (for 1 pie)
- 150g brown sugar
- 2g cinnamon powder
- 1.5g ground ginger
- 0.5g ground nutmeg
- 0.25g ground cloves
- 2.5g salt
- 425g canned pumpkin puree
- 354g evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
additional (optional)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- ice cream or whipping cream
