Rusted van wheels restoration

Hi my Friends, this was a 2 days project to save my van winter wheel set. This is not to make the wheels as same as new are, but to make it as nice as possible. I dont want to leave a lot of money for this project, because then is much more effective to buy new set of rims instead of restoration.

What were the other drill accessories besides the wire wheel, what was the one to go deep in the tight areas where a wire wheel wouldn’t fit

It is needle scaler, but you need a air compressor not drill to use it.
