  • In Cameroon, unrest is building, not over ethnic or religious lines, but over linguistic lines between French speakers and English speakers.

Thank God u clarified in the end by saying that it's not only a linguistic problem. In fact, the problem is primarily a socio-political one, being manifested in the overbearing nature of French and Francophone domination of the political, social and economic life of Cameroon. The only way we can co-exist in this union is in a two-state Federation as previously existed

Now I understand what the problem is. It seem like there’s been a problem from day one when they got their independence from England and eventually joined with Cameroon. The problem was the Cameroon government from the beginning they did not bring the countries in together correctly. Now it’s causing a major problem. It’s the government fault from their first president including their current president. I can see why they want their independence.

Do what Canada did. Have the English surrender all their wealth and power to the French. The French will still complain, but at least the country stays together.

Language? Are you normal? why say things you don't know? its not language please. Report on things you know. All you said is right. But its not a language problem please! It's an attempt to erode the History of a people.
