@J0rgan Tis true, he said before he thought it would be possible to run the marathon at ironman at 5.30/mile.... running 6.30 would have felt so slow to him, couple that with the 6 hours racing before hand!
Macca dropped out because he was toast; it's not like anyone including him has ever run 5:30 pace for the whole run. He wasn't going too slow, rather he started too fast. That was my point.
