the combat in this game is very good, several different combos with each outfit being able to switch between them at any time, in addition to being able to explore the city freely.
observation: image quality is not very good, but I think the movements were very visible
game that was part of some people's childhood, certainly one of the best Spiderman games.

o combate desse jogo é muito bom, varios combos diferentes com cada roupa podendo alternar entre elas a qualquer hora alemde poder explorar a cidade livremente .
oservação: qualidade de imagem não esta muito boa , mas acho que ficou bem visivel os movimentos
jogo que fez parte da infancia de algumas pessoas ,concerteza um dos melhores jogos do Homen Aranha .

Web of Shadows' Spider-Man is a fucking demon. You ain't convincing me that he spares the criminals and villains throughout this game. Bro is straight MURDERING fools out here.
This is the only spiderman game where you can actually kill civilians while they're in the car by picking it up and throwing it lol
Perhaps this may change after the new PS5 game but to this day I consider WOS as the greatest Spider-Man game of all time.

@@TheBanbanGames this game really is the best! You know if it EVER were to get a sequel, here's my idea for it's plot. It takes place in two separate aftermaths of the two endings! In one (good side) after Spider-man defeats Venom and the symbiote invasion, he now enjoys his life happily and freely and with Mary Jane as well. However, now he has bigger enemies that are now after him such as Kraven, Wraith, Lizard and worst of all "CARNAGE"! In another (the evil side) Spider-man is now the king and ruler of all symbiotes, and conquers ALL of New York (alongside Black Cat as his mistress)! So, now Kingpin and Black Widow, including symbiote Wolverine are to join forces in ending Spider-man *dead or alive*
That's kinda it frankly, plus I also have an idea of a cutscene where Spider-man is in a mindscape and he has to fight against himself (either good or evil counterpart that is)

This games combat is simply the best in any Spider-Man game. The only game that perfected the Web Strike as well as air combat. Truly the strongest Spider-Man
4:46 - Hands down…. My favorite moves are the wall attacks!! Wall crawling was one thing… but just seeing Spider-Man suddenly busting out some breakdancing is just so unique and satisfying to watch!!
Here’s me hoping they do something similar in the new Spider-Man 2 game on ps5!
Insomniac could never come close to this game in terms of gameplay nor story
I mean they literally ripped off the symbiote story from wos in the 2nd game.
They had a little too much fun when adding all of these moves to the game

Never played this game but it looks amazing. Just started Marvel's Spiderman on PC and heard the web slinging was great in Web of Shadows. Did not disappoint. Thanks for the video!

If you want to experience full satisfaction ASMR tendrill explosion and rage hit-effect sound. Go to the border of the map located on the bridges (any bridges sufficient) since what we're looking for is the vehicles. Usually, they'd breakdown 1 hit but vehicles rendered near border of the map is invisible. I had try this long time ago haha, kinda miss this game now. Anyway if you already tried it I'd like to see it if you already uploaded it
Aerial furry combos are what made me fall in love with this game can’t wait for October
they made a good story for Spiderman ps4. good attacks in Web of shadows. they have yet to include both elements in ONE game. I'm sorry. Spideys attacks weren't amazing in PS4. they were all boring. drones, bomb webs and shit. it was relilling too much on tech (like in far from home) instead of like on here: crafty web attacks. shattered dimentions was nice too. the hammer web. picking rocks off the ground with webs.
coolest attacks are the finishers tbh which sucks

Well in the Marvel comics, Wolverine of the X-Men can move faster than the eye can see, and Spider-Man is even faster than he is. We just never see that type of speed in live action or the animated media.

I love shattered dimensions because that is the one I played, but I feel like if I've played web of shadows it would be my favorite gameplay wise

I definitely pray that insomniac has gotten great inspiration from this game moving forward when it comes to their combat system in Spider-Man 2
L1 is bassically for the super moves and parrying, and R1 is bassically for the web shooters and gadgets.
They mastered those buttons, but they still got two other triggers that need some exploring for their combat system... R2 and L2.
Honestly, holding R2 (like holding down L1 for a parry) can be a grab mechanic.
I pray to God that insomniac can develop a mechanic that's a great inspiration of the Web-Strike from web of shadows, but it can be a hybrid between the Air Tricks system from miles morales... that can easily be accomplished with the press of R2+Triangle, and it enters us into that mode.
R2 + Square can be a "Get Over Here" situation for the Grab Mechanic.
But R2 + square and circle? I'll leave that to them because i don't freaking know.
L2 can definitely experiment more into peter's combat prowess when it comes to his webs.
Insomniac got that potential.
Seeing how Venom is designed pretty close to the WOS Venom I’ll wager that they are actually taking inspiration from this game.

@KING On God! I don't see insomniac doing the whole symbiote invasion in Spider-Man 2... but imagine if wolverine was able to make an appearance in Spider-Man 2, and we, as The Black Suited Spider-Man, are able to gain a boss fight against him?

I still fail to master that damn Tendril Rage air attack. I can't use it on ground enemies because he flies upwards and misses the explosion. Can't use it to juggle enemies in the air because they fall out of range before it reaches the second or third flash. The overall range of the attack is really small so placement anywhere that isn't on an enemy's face could lead to you missing the attack. Its sorta useful against air based enemies like Vulturelings and Glider Techs, but there's no way its exclusive for using on only those enemies, right? Otherwise every attack, Red and Black suit, is versatile for use. It's literally that one attack that I'm failing to understand no matter how much I practice.
Best version of spiderman, and my personal favorite spiderman game.. he literally rips symbiote wolverine in half... straight MENACE

The physical media (dvd) is hard to find but it does exist for pc.
you will find it in digital format by searching on sales sites such as eneba, amazon, playasia or specific sites in your country (shopee, "free market" here in Brazil)

Bro can u please explain how to trigger critical spider man twist i don’t get it at what moment i should press X I get it sometimes but without consistency mostly a normal twist
The explanation is in the video but I will try to help you.
07:04 By pressing Y and quickly X you will execute web crush.
07:12 Y and X with perfect timing instead of web crush will be a Critical Twist.
At The exact moment you touch The enemy, press X if you time is correctly, notice that The Spider Will catch The enemy and spin It UP ( This is the X Twist)
While It spins The enemy then you have Y B or A Variations after you have pressed X to start The Attack (Animation is different from web crush).
Check If you have unlocked the Ability......
About perfect timming you need to use your perception , something individual that cannot be taught.
But i explained as much as i could, dont speak english so im Sorry If you didnt understand anything.

I was very mad that I couldn’t land this move when 5 years prior I was literally spamming this ability in a symbiotic suite.
I am rerurning the game for like idk 50th time and now I am trying it with Xbox controller on my pc.
