Salt Free Shrimp Meal

Ingredients ONLY:

1½ boxes of Barilla Fettuccine Noodles
1 Jar of Alfredo Sauce ( Optional ) 2 Jars if desired
1 Bag of Spinach
1 - 2lbs. of Shrimp
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter ( small container )
1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
2 Tsp. Parsley Flakes
2 Tbsp. Kingsford No Salt All Purpose Seasoning
1 Tbsp. No Salt SouthWest Sweet n Smokey Seasoning
1 Tsp. No Salt Lemon Pepper Seasoning
⅛ Tsp. Smoked Paprika
⅛ Tsp. Hot Paprika

What temp are you on around the 10:50 mark? It doesn't sound like med-hi but I could be wrong. I also could have missed you telling us. 😁
I did turned it down at the 9:57 mark to a low heat setting because at this point, we wanted to blend everything together and let it marinate without overcooking it.
What is good with Spanish paprika? Please and thank you.
The flavor is more intense and has an added smokey note!
I feel that even though spanish paprika has a bit of a smokey taste that it ultimately still goes well with pretty much everything. It can be used in your daily cooking; I just recommend that you only use a pinch or two ( 2 pinches between thumb, index and middle finger ) when adding to a meal.

Doesn't lemon pepper have salt?
You can purchase lemon pepper seasoning with no salt; I usually buy it from the Dekalb International Market in Georgia.
I think you can find most seasonings now with no salt in them. So many people are on low sodium diets, so the products are out there you just may have to search for them. Once you try eating food with no salt, with mostly using herbs and spices, you’ll never go back to just mindlessly reaching for the salt shaker without tasting your food first. Plus it’s better for your health to cut out the salt and sugars in your food. Start reading the labels on the food you buy and you’ll be in for a shock how much they put in our food.
Girl seriously you must be too doggone picky because if you're beautiful good spirit God fearing and you can cook like that I guess you don't want no husband because you should have been had a husband years ago to each his own love you girl God bless
