      Also nothing wrong with chisel work but have you checked out the Trend Hinge Recess Squaring Corner Chisel? Saw it on Tools Today.

    Looks great man! Super easy to follow video! Ever tried to cut the rabbet on the back of the frame pieces before assembling? Might save you some time if you didn't have to chisel the corners.

      I haven’t tried that yet! I’ve thought to try that before but just haven’t gotten around to actually doing it yet. I guess you can’t teach an old dog new tricks lol. I’ve built over 50 of these with that method, but I might have to try the rabbet prior to assembling!

      Haha you do you! Whatever you've got going, it seems to be working! I've been on a crazy coin rack/flag kick lately. Gotta love it!

    Brother, nice work on the video... What kind of coins are those you put on the rack, are those some kind of military coins?

    • @mowderwoodwork
      @mowderwoodwork  Před 5 lety +3

      DustWood Studios thank you! And yes they are military challenge coins. Challenge coins are collected by military members from places they’ve visited or places that they’ve been stationed. It’s very popular in the military community to collect challenge coins. I believe police officers and firefighters do this as well.
