- Endurance racing has long been the crucible in which technology is tested and legends are made. Forza Motorsport Update 9 invites you to experience the events renowned for pushing both car and driver to the limit. Suit up and drive like a member of the Porsche 2024 endurance racing team with the Porsche 963 Combo - yours to claim for FREE during the first week of availability. In Career Mode, the Endurance Tour will push your speed, strategy, and stamina to the limit across four series with 2 Spotlight cars for each. Over in Featured Multiplayer, the Endurance Series features a new division each week. These races require a renewed focus on strategies around pitting, tire compounds, and fuel levels. Plus, look forward to new Rivals events and VIP Membership benefits, a refreshed Open Class Tour and more!

The fact that everything will disappear in a few weeks is just infuriating. Stop removing featured tour and add them permanently. The campaign is bare bones as it is
I wish the Horizon community had the same eagerness to tell the devs to add the playlists to the base game as permanent content.
Theyre just rehashing the same events from the base map. Other than the championships we dont really need anything else. Players on the forza forums have been vocal about it. We've also made it clear we want the backstage pass from Fh4 to return so we can earn any car we missed. But obviously they havent heard us yet. And its been like almost a year+ since it was requested. So likely wont happen anytime soon or at all. @k.r.99

As a Forza fan please don’t give up on Motorsport there’s so much potential and please look into why sometimes the game changes my race suit to the grey and orange one it’s so annoying. I’ll be using say a vip one or the Forza faithful one then sometimes I log in and vip greyed out I can’t use then I’m back to the grey and orange race suit. Thank you
I think it has something to do with the game thinking you don’t own vip when you reload the game.
It seems to happen every time you re-unlock a new suit once you go past level 1000

This happens with every game these days. Release an unfinished game and then you sit there and hope it gets better.
Add a reward car dealer so we’re not in fear of missing out on reward cars anymore!

NO, if you miss out you miss out. If you want the reward, you should play the game, I hate this whole notion that we need inclusivity with things in games that can be obtained by just playing in general. Just like a fashion or collab drop, once it’s gone it should stay gone because what’s the whole point of a reward if we are given the ability to buy the cars later in game anyways.

Yeah they totally deserve missing out on this skeleton of a game. Fomo is the biggest killer in any games. The majority of people don’t want to dedicate x amount of time to a single game like the developers would hope for.
Bring multiclass racing to multiplayer, and races longer than 12 minutes.
they've already said they're going to do that. I wouldn't be surprised both of those things are talked about during this update.

Radar and spotter urgent.
Taken a break from Forza for a couple weeks to give ACC a go and coming back to Forza multiplayer with no radar and spotter really makes the racing so much more difficult. Absolutely no idea why they don't have something so simple yet so effective in the game
It’s all I need to bring me back. There’s too much of a handicap playing in first person on a wheel… ACC and AMS2 are perfect examples to follow, even GT7’s despite it being offset in a corner.
Or just a spotter like iRacing. Anything at this point that’s not those arrows.

@@olavofernandes7286 I said it does lol. It’s offset in the corner nestled into the multifunction display, versus implementations like ACC and AMS2 that default to front and center and can be configured to be placed anywhere on screen. That’s all I’m saying.

This is honestly the stupidest comment I’ve seen. Nobody seems to understand what being “built from the ground up” implies. It means they built it from scratch, they aren’t just re-using old designs. So obviously this means it will take longer and probably have more bugs because they aren’t using the tried and tested old assets. I actually started playing again (got 3months Nvidia game pass) this week and meanwhile it isn't bad, I'd expect way more from a 6 year dev cycle.
You have to dive into game files to be able to disable TAA, otherwise the game looks blurry af. The maps are lacking (the new ones are good), but I'd expect at least 2-3x more, even if they're fictional. I got bored of the same IRL maps being in every game, so it gets repetitive quickly.
I actually like the car upgrade system, it's kind of like horse bonding in RDR2, but the lack of wheel spacer options is pretty shameful.
Peugeot 9X8 as a spotlight car, also will reward cars (Porsche 935, Pagani Huayra R etc) be added to the rental list maybe add them 1 month after in case you missed it? Or even just the ability to have access to garage cars offline?

The problem I have with this is that the AI absolutely stretches out the fuel/tire strat to the max. So if u drive hard and need to pit on lap 5 instead of 7, they're only ever gonna pit on lap 9. They max out fuel, and always select medium tyres.
I also feel like pit times should've increased drastically for body damage etc.
I dunno, with what technology turn 10 has, the endurance part could've been a game changer.
My only problem with the touring events is that they are so repetitive. And if you’re not going to give us an auction house for any cars that we have missed or want to sell .than give us a chance to get them by putting at least one back in rotation.

Forza, if u see this, please don’t give up on Motorsport. this game actually has the potential to be great! here are some things I’d like to see…
-More newer race cars like Hypercars, LMGT3, or heck honestly even IndyCars. putting the Porsche hyper car for free was a great call and tbh, i hope we see more of that, tho not for limited time events as it’s clear the fans are getting annoyed by that.
-More tracks like Mount Panorama, Circuit of the Americas, Long Beach, Imola… the list goes on. And bring back some Forza originals like Rio, Dubai, Bernese Alps, etc. The track list is okay, but honestly rlly small, and could rlly benefit from a lot more variety.
Better multiplayer. I haven’t played much so I can’t speak for this one but im sure many others can. And as someone mentioned, maybe add radar or even a spotter so we can manage our surroundings during a race. Playing 1st person view especially on a Hypercar or LMP1 without something to help us look out for our surroundings is very bothersome.
how about some championships with AI only, and safety cars, cautions? simple things from irl racing that would put this game above others in the console realm. just some ideas. Chris Esaki, director of Forza, take some of these into consideration and help make this game better. this game has so much untapped potential and I’d love to see that potential rly be put to use.
They culled the car list by like 2/300 cars and loads of the cars in the game you can’t get because they disappear each update

What I want in the game: TRACKS: Long Beach, Indianapolis GP, Daytona 200 Layout, Sonoma, Monza, and Prague. CARS: 2024 IndyCar and NASCAR. RACES: Drag races, and drifting. CAREER MODE: GT racing and LMP racing. GAME: Lots of bug fixes, and make the Ford GT GTE sound more like the real car

As a forza player they should add more introductions car events with the same car like what they did with the civic type r. The could focus on that and make the game better with a proper competitive ranked system.
Mid-Ohio should have an additional layout - the one with the "bus stop" chicane before the keyhole. The track surface and assets are literally already there! It's just blocked off by cones; it can even be driven on! Please include this layout. It is widely used in real-life track days.
Please add full damage to multiplayer online open lobby’s and not just private lobby’s. It’ll make racing much better. Along with rolling start in open lobby’s also.
Great to see that Turn 10 is fixing the bugs in this game. Now I want car dealership back, I want to be able to auction off my rare cars.
Make the reward worthwhile. I did a 12 hour Nurburgring full circuit race in a Ginetta and only got £250000 for the race, another £250000 for vip and £125000 for difficulty bonus which is pathetic for such a long race. I should have got £6.2 million not £625k.
So wait, you updated the pit lane to reflect the real Leguna Seca. Bang up job. One would have thought to make it authentic in the first place.

I think it's amurricanism that makes Forza Motorsport feel less joyful and enthusiastically than GT7. Japanese games and movies don't just try to look and feel cool, but also have a soul and happy vibes.

Why can we not get a 24hr le man where it's online with other players and when we join the race we could either sign up to start the race or take over after another player leaves controlling their position in the race which was being controlled by driveatar before we joined? I think this would be a great idea.
This was also work well with their current build of signing up for races in the first place

Can you look at refining the UDP telemetry output, for example not all data is transmitted when using Lovely Dashboard and also when using leader board via Simhub other players are not shown so live full leader boards are not available.
Last time i played the game (10-12 days ago) the clouds graphics was different!
Clouds in all weather variety were denser and way more natural!
Now they look fake (like in bad painting).

Its great Forza is getting better with every update. The most important aspect for Sim racers its not getting fix, THE FFB. I am playung other games only because the way the Force Feed Back feels. Turn 10 FIX THE FFB.
Remind me again after you added at least 10 more tracks and fixed the penalty system. Then I am going to give it another chance.
You should try it out anyways, it's really good now. Penalty system will also get better as time goes on

I'm trying to report bugs and I can't report a bug. I want to report that after this new update in multiplayer lobbies every time the game about to start, i getting disconnected or live connection lost!
Hi all 600 people who still play this game. Is FM8 today worth the space it takes on my hard drive, or is it still copy paste from ground up FM7 but far worse?
It has improved from its horrible initial launch, but personally I still play the game and enjoy it but at times it can feel half baked with the exclusion of certain features, modes, and vehicles that would be appropriate for this updated game.
