      @@chopsuey25 everyday is different .. but getting better . consistently tapping helps . Even when you’re not having a full blown anxiety attack … it’s lowering your stress levels . This helps better when incorporated in to your day .. but it only takes 5 min .

    I have been having severe anxiety all day. I was at the point of thinking of going to the urgent care. I remembered reading about tapping for anxiety years ago and decided to try it. I felt much better within 5 minutes I went from a 10 to a 2. Unbelievable!

    I never comment on anything but this actually brought my physical anxiety down significantly. My mind is still somewhat in an anxious state but my body has let go of some of those feelings. I suffer from depersonalization and derealization which can take me sort of out of my body and somehow this tapping brought me back into it and made it feel like mine again. I don’t know the science behind this but it would definitely help me get out of a panic or anxiety attack.

      @@starluna8096 Hi - State what you're unhappy about. For example, lack of confidence would be one round. Then near the end, state that you're feeling confident. Copy Nick's procedure and substitute your challenge.

    OMG I'm amazed at how instantly this actually works. I was just in the hospital the other day with a severe panic attack and I started doing some research on TikTok and someone recommended the tapping on CZcams so I looked it up and found you. Thk God. Since my hospital stay I've been on a rollercoaster ride with my anxiousness. I will not take medication either for anxiety so this was heaven sent. Thk u. You can't imagine how excited I am.

    Thanks! I read up on how to do it, but I just had to see someone demonstrate it for me. As a person who suffered for 15 years due to severe anxiety and panic disorder, I'm impressed at how well this works. You can even do it in public or at work with one hand and it looks completely natural. I've seen a lot of doctors, and not one recommended this technique.

      Look into Andras Moritz liver flushing and TC Hale course on digestion. Anxiety has to do with digestion/bile flow and breathing. Clean ur liver! Sorry you are suffering.

    As someone that’s been under tremendous stress and has been on medication to help reduce my anxiety I have tried meditation in the past and it’s helped only slightly but this tapping worked really well for me. I think it can be paired with meditating or affirmations but it honestly took me out of fight or flight mode for the first time in months and for that thank u

    So soothing and and comforting. I did it twice and feel totally relaxed and at peace. I lost my husband to covid. I have been an emotional wreck for 20 months with no reprieve from the grief, crying, depression, PTSD and anxiety. This helped me better than reaching for a Xanax. Thank you so much for sharing with us. I'm obsessed with this already. It's amazing how much calmer it makes you feel. ♥️🌹♥️

      I am sorry about both of your losses. I just lost my husband on Friday my anxiety is off the roof I do not wish this on no one I don’t even want to be in the is world I will try this. Keeping you both and everyone going through this in prayers I am not sure if I will survive this pain is too much

      in my part of the world they say that when you lose someone you love they integrate inside you permanently. its a subtle shift but if you allow, you will feel they have become a part of you. in mannerisms, ideas, feelings. it might be too early and your loss is too fresh. its unimaginable pain. but all ill say is just hang in there today. and do it again tomorrow. he would have wanted you to.@@stopchildabuse7932

    Ive recently been wakeing up in crazy anxiety episodes and its very new to me at 53 yrs old ive never experienced anything quite like it … Ive been very scared and emotional over alot of very big changes in my life …. I was recently in a bad work accident and forced into early retirement that i was NOT ready for . Ive also just gotten custody of my two young sons aand moved very far from where i grew up and lived my whole life … ty for the help ! ❤

    I've been doing EFT tapping for several months now with my therapist. It absolutely does ratchet down the level of anxiety that I have been feeling and helps me to clear my head enough to rationally and calmly work through the issue that's the source of my anxiety. I honestly thought at first that this was "woo-woo" B.S., but I can't argue with the results.

    Nick thank you so much. Very useful technique for my anxiety at work. As a nurse I have to release so much clogged energy and deal with lots of stress. I started using this before and after the shifts with other techniques I'm learning about.

    This is wonderful, I haven’t done this in years. Glad to do it not that I have extreme anxiety, but certain things will piss me off.,,, and I had tend to hold onto it for a day or two then I don’t sleep well so I did this tonight and I’m feeling better.       I have a nerve issue and it is triggered by my emotions so anxiety set it into overdrive usually a panick attack and puking involved.. I will try this. I’m just extra sensitive as well I cry over movies and shows and music… tryna figure it out

    Omg I have been having horrible health anxiety with a headache all day, and have trouble controlling it. I randomly saw an ad about tapping, and googled it. This was the first result.
    I am not one to emotionally release, but I was suddenly in tears at the last cycle. It actually worked. Nothing like this has ever worked for me before.

    I had a TERRIBLE time just sitting with the reactivated PTSD. No sleep. Couldn't sit still. TERRIFIED of the emotion... this helped me sit with them. Thank you
