I was hurting in my left knee while walking for 6 months. I just tried this method and the pain has almost disappeared. I keep a tool with me wherever I go. This technique is VERY effective

nice video, will this help shrink a stretched ligament?
I like your all video mem love u
Great video! A friend has bone spurs in her knees. Will Gua Sha help with that? If so, are there different places to work on or the same ones that you show here?
What kind of balm are you using, and where do you get it?
All of our tools come with an emollient, either the OASIS roller gel or the REVIVE muscle spray. The balm used in this video was an early version of what we offer now.
How often should you use the tool for one particular area? Daily, every other day, etc?
Hey, great question. You can use our products daily, especially if the sessions are short, one word of caution though, if you start to see any bruising, best to stop until that goes away.
do you have a video on using the sidekick on the politeus?
Not specifically, however, you can start by working through your upper calf area! We will put this on our list of areas to make useful videos for.
Is it good for bone on bone knee pain? Trying to avoid knee replacement!
Hey, thanks for reaching out! the tool is really meant for soft tissue work so I'd lean towards no. But perhaps check with your physical therapist or doctor on their thoughts for muscle scraping as a therapy you can use.
How often can I use this tool?
+LaMaine Williams we'd suggest a few minutes everyday for 2-3 days. Then give it a few days rest and repeat if necessary
+TrainedTo Thank you.
I thought you were supposed to go the opposite direction?
Up *towards* the heart or *away* from the heart?
Towards. Always towards. Anybody ever pushing away from the heart is unprofessional and should never be used for services. It is one of the most basic and fundamental rules for professional "massage" type work.
Wrong
@@taymunroe6303 I'm confused
the tool resembles a shoe horn
