Yes! I was requesting small ball Pilates. My ball is a grippy Pilates ball, but I don't think it's as flexible as yours bc it didn't seem to compress as much under mid back. I've only used it under low back with leg work to hit lower abs.

I have been having some health issues lately and just don't have the stamina to do a heavy weight workout. This was perfect for today--it is wonderful you have such a variety of workouts. I definitely felt well worked but it felt manageable. Thank you for the longer stretch on many of your more recent workouts.
@@MichelleBriehler I started with the 30 mins standing abs workout you had with 1 lb lace up weights. I can feel that it's getting easier now that I've been doing it for a week. May be next week, I'll try a longer workout video you have. Thank you so much for making this video.
Make sure when rotating palm up it's coming from the shoulder, not the wrist. Check your wrist as it might kink (like a garden hose, which isn't good). A lot of people when lifting weights, especially heavy, let their wrist bend, which can than cause damage. Thank you for the note. ❤️👍
I'm very careful not to let my wrist bend when lifting period and esp heavy. I'm sure I didn't turn from the shoulder in the kickback with palm up rotation. My tendons were probably already stressed from going heavy in preceding workouts. Yeah, something's kinked for sure. It's bilateral but worse on left. I'm trying every alignment and release technique I can find. I'm taking days off too.
Amazing love your different barre classes should soufusion is really hard too. Need low impact Hiit workouts as I find them harder. Body motion not there to help. Isolation is soo much HHHHARDERRR .. hugs 🤗 thank u soo amazing
