2:30 Craig is delussional, he said to Jan before that German teams were doing awful this season, just because Bayern is having a bad year in Bundesliga....but in fact German teams are doing a fine season in Europe, even above PL (so far). so yeah Craig, be a man and accept it, you just put yourself in those situations. Of course. These guys are just babbling, arrogant, low IQ snobs from the English media. They talk loudly, with lots of arrogance and confidence, and in a matter of fact tone...As if what they're saying is 100% facts and indisputable....But in reality the majority of their takes are pure nonsensical gibberish and nowhere near reality.
Case in point their takes about how "bad" Bayern have been. Bayern haven't been bad at all. In the semis of the UCL and only reason they will lose the league this year is because it took literally a record breaking unbeaten campaign from Leverkusen to FINALLY over take them. That's what it took. So it's not a matter of Bayern being "not good" it's a matter of Leverkusen being on a historic and dare I say unprecedented run. Not only have they been unbeaten in the league, they are also unbeaten in ALL competitions and might win a treble (BL, Europa League and Pokal). We have 2 German teams in the UCL semis. We might see Dortmund vs Bayern final. And Leverkusen might win the Europa League, they're certainly the favorites at this moment considering Liverpool are likely finished after their 1st leg disaster-class.
All in all this has been the best year for German football in years. Since the 2012-2014 period where they won the WC and Bayern won the UCL over Dortmund as they were smacking prime Barca and prime RM with Messi and Ronaldo. And smacked Brazil 7-1 at home in the WC. Even the German national team which has been mediocre for years is suddenly hitting form right before they host the Euros. They deservedly won away against France in their last game.

It's not as if 95% of wingers out there had more end product over the first 4 months....Oh wait....THEY DID!
Lewandowski is 35 years old and playing in a dumpster fire of a nursery club filled with low IQ selfish zoomer teenagers. Despite this and despite being "so washed" as you claim, and despite missing like 5 matches this season he leads La Liga in total goal contributions. So washed in deed. Or, here's a different option....Maybe you're just another blabbering low IQ NOBODY who has no clue and just types braindead bs on the internet which has no correlation with reality? I think that's probably the more accurate option.
Lewandowski is so "washed" that he's the 3rd fastest player in FC Barcelona's entire history to reach 50 goals for the club. That alone is an amazing feat for any player at any age....But it's even MORE impressive considering he joined them while they're a transitioning, toxic, dumpster fire of a team...While being in his mid 30s. Most strikers his age are bumming around in MLS and Saudi leagues. Or used as substitutes with little impact on their club's results. Lewandowski is still winning pichichis in a new league and leading league in total goals/assists in his mid 30s. Have some respect and have a brain. Just because he's not scoring 40/50 goals per season like in his prime and isn't the undisputed #1 striker across all of world football anymore doesn't mean he's doing bad or a failure. He's still a top 10ish-15ish striker in world football. Which at 35 is about the best you can ask for. If you and anyone else expects something more, then you are delusional and don't understand how sports works.
What are you gonna claim next from your moldy sofa in your gloomy basement? Top 10-15 striker in the world isn't good because there's a handful of better strikers who are in their primes and apex of their careers? At the apex of his career Lewy was smashing 40+ goals per season in 7 straight years. Only player to do so besides Messi and CR7. Highest scoring striker this century. The only 2 guys with more goals this century are Messi and CR7. So whichever striker you want to name he's outscored them all. Henry, Ronaldo Nazario, Shevchenko, Rooney, Kane, Ibra, Suarez, Drogba, Etoo, Aguero, Cavani...And most of them not only did he outscore, but he outscored them by a wide margin. For context he has nearly double the career goals of Thierry Henry.
Now go crawl back into your hole.

Kylian Mbappe bagged a brace today and Ousmane Dembele dunked on his former club, in my opinion Bradley Barcola was PSG’s unsung hero in their 2nd leg comeback against Barcelona. As a winger, he was excellent with his technique the dribbling of this guy is absolutely phenomenal and he poses a threat for defenders whenever he has the ball and he also got the assist for the Dembele goal with a brilliant through pass. His energy levels are also amazing and in the attack for PSG out wide he provides a lot of width and he doesn’t stop running. Barcola is one of those wingers that managers want in their team someone who doesn’t do anything flashy but is willing to contribute to the team in different ways. Barcelona are too fragile, too sensitive, too soft one thing Pep did with Man City is he solidified he's Team with iron players like Rodri, Dias, Walker, Akanji, Ake, Stones, even Bernardo Silva and Foden are no pushovers like look at Pedri yesterday, technical monster but physically useless can't tackle, can't run.
And why Xavi subbed off Yamal and let Lewandowski play is beyond me, I've been screaming for months Lewandowski is useless he should go after this season and this is the difference between him and Benzema and the reason Messi won the Balon do'r over him.

Now he is not the only one to blame for the loss , Araujo , Cancelo , coach Xavi , Pedri , Gündo , the defender who failed to clear the ball before the 1:4 , but still , Lewy is a ghost in big games ! 👻
The only memorable semifinal / quarterfinal performance from him came over 10 years ago against Real Madrid where he scored 4 goals , which in itself is a monster achievement.

That was a selfish moment. Ferran Torres was so open and Lewandowksi didn’t pass to him and had he passed to him, you go to extra time, instead of that he went for goal and how did that go. Now he knows how he feels because if Lewandowksi himself doesn’t get the pass he wants he starts weeping and whining meanwhile it’s ok for him to be selfish in an important UCL game because he cares about his own self rather than his teammates.

A lot of Barcelona fans want Robert Lewandowksi to be sold to Saudi Arabia this summer, but to be honest I don’t see how they’ll get rid of him. Barcelona needs a long term striker that they can rely on because Lewandowksi is getting older and you can’t expect him to be your first choice striker forever. By his standards he’s had a mixed season because he can go 5 games without scoring and then he would hit a purple patch only for him to struggle again. Since the turn of the year, he’s been in better form of late, but he dropped a disaster class against PSG today. Sometimes his hold up play and contributions to the team are average at best and he’s not as clinical in front of goal as he used to be and watching him is frustrating because he only cares himself as my issue with him is his selfishness and his negative attitude and body language as I’m getting annoyed with his antics. It’s ok for him to shoot the ball when your teammate is open, but because you’re Robert Lewandowksi, when your teammates don’t pass to you, you start weeping complaining and you bump into them. Remember the Lamine Yamal incident earlier in the season when he tried to high 5 him but ignored him since Yamal shot the ball and didn’t pass to Lewandowksi. This behavior isn’t acceptable and due to him having a mixed season and he’s not getting any younger, I think Barcelona needs to keep him for another season and sign a striker that can replace him in the long run, maybe give Victor Roque more chances I don’t know why he’s not playing or Marc Guiu should get more minutes because they’ve been so reliant on their academy players lately. Robert Lewandowksi is an annoying player and I don’t hold back when I say that and his arrogance is holding the team back and he’s acting like Ronaldo when things don’t go his way.
