Hey Matthew, I'm from S.C. we were vacationing there about 15 years ago. I have a lot of family in Foley. I fished that same spot at the end of the seawall, in the surf. Caught the biggest specks I've ever seen there.

I saw a guy (on my boat) in Cabo catch a Mahi using a ribbon fish on mono wrapped around a glass Coke bottle. Was awesome. Right outside the Marina, about 20 feet.
I love that 2 grown men can completely forget that they are fishing with snoopy rods... that's what fishing is all about, guys. Well done.
