So sorry to hear that you have been suffering badly with migraines Jenny, I myself suffered very badly from them and have medication from the doctor when required, I have found that one came when I was extremely overtired and had nausea problems, so was given a tablet that melted on my tongue. The best thing to do is lie down and rest/sleep if possible, hope you feel better very soon and look forward to seeing and hearing from you on your trips with Bob and Poppy, take care xx

Jenny drink plenty of water even if you are not thirsty, hope the migranes ease off. The military museum is well worth a visit and Cromer crab 🦀 if you get the chance is the best you will find anywhere 😋

My heart goes out to you Jenny, I had a migraine that lasted for 36 hours 2 weeks ago, they make it so you can't function normally. Please take care of yourself. Don't worry about filming, everyone will understand. Drink plenty of water and look after yourself. We all care about you all.

May I suggest that the moment you feel the pain begin, drink a pint (or 2)of water and sleep/relax.
I have a friend who absolutely swears by Anadin Extra. May not clear entirely but makes it more manageable . Hopefully the intense heat will break soon and we’ll all feel more comfortable.. remember to stay well hydrated .. hope Jenny feels better soon 😊

The site is an hour and a half away and it’s our go to weekend site . We first went in 1989 and the golf ⛳️ course was there then Bob 😂 !!!
Ideal site for a beach holiday with families. When all the covid issues are over. the carnival in August is a good time for all.

I feel your pain Jen, I too suffer with the occasional migraine. Just a suggestion could it be something you eat? Aspartame (I think that's how you spell it🤔) can be a bugger to trigger migraines. Might be an idea to experiment with different foods? 😊. Hope you feel better soon xx
My husband says if you’ve got squeaking disk brakes using copper ease on the back of the pads will stop the squeaking. Hopefully might help with Jenny’s migraines too. 😊

Re migraines. Our daughter swears by the pink migraleave tablets. Apparently if you catch it just as you feel it coming they stop it in its tracks. There is a different colour tablet for if you haven’t caught it in time (yellow I think). Hope you feel better soon Jen.

I visited the site a few years ago and remember having lovely weather too. I was in an open area on the lower level. Unfortunately I recall it most of the for 2 mishaps. 1st on a calm hot sunny day I went for a shower and returned to find that I hadn’t pegged down the wind out awning properly and a gust of wind had blown it over the top of the van! I couldn’t reach it to get it down and was rescued by wonderful fellow campers. The 2nd was with my 1st Aframe a second hand Armitage frame which had a barrel lock on the hitch. I put the key in the hitch to pull it out and it jammed solid. I emptied a whole tin of WD40 in the lock to no avail. So I though I’d need to leave the car and drive to Manchester to get the Aframe sorted. I was arranging with the site wardens where to leave the car when one came to the van, he asked me what the problem was and decided to try a shift the key himself, the bl………y thing turned immediately. He left a hero and felt like a fool. But it was definitely the WD40 that did the job. .
So sorry about Jenny’s migraines, I used to suffer them myself so know how you feel. This hot muggy weather won’t help. Your supposed to avoid cheese and chocolate but don’t really know if this helps. I hope you feel better soon.

Hi Bob and Jenny we was on the sandringham estate first then went to incleborrough like you just two weeks ago 👍 it’s a lovely but Very odd set up and Unlevel and it’s odd we actually drove on that pitch you was on but it was very muddy on the day and the van 🚐 wheels spun lol 😂 so we came off and ended up on the other side.

Ironically Bob the last two sites (Sandringham and this one) are more ‘forest like’ than the camp in the forest! I’m glad you posted all of these as we were heading for the forest site but will visit Sandringham instead (we love wooded sites)
With regard to the brakes, I wouldn’t waste your money Bob, it’s not noticeable in the vids, I had a similar issue once and an experienced mechanic told me to replace ‘the anti squeal shims’ before the brake pads. He was right, it sorted out the squealing
Yes, I'm not worried about the brakes, they are better. Sandringham is lovely.

Jenny, did these migraines start not long after being vaccinated?
I ask because my wife, my step daughter, sister in law plus a number of friends are all complaining of the same thing - including me?
Another good friend just two days after the jab suffered heart issues, and is still in hospital.
Maybe it just a coincidence, but it seems really odd.
Jenny did suffer migraines before the vacinne, but not with such frequency, maybe due to the heat and stress though.
