These lectures are a lifesaver, Zoom lectures can be good, but these classes are easy to follow and clear. It doesn't hurt that this teacher has a great voice. They follow the Raven, et al text from McGraw Hill, which is the same text (and slides!) being used in SUNY schools' Bio I and 2. Thank you!

I love the lecture but have a difficult time understanding the concept by which anything that moves or gets moved does not require or use energy.
