Hiya! Fun fact. The old Swedish army atemped to domasticate moose as mounts for war however their autonomy make them unsuited as their backs cant handle the weight like for example horses or donkeys can
moose essentially live half in the water. they graze on water plants. got stuck behind a momma and baby moose on a canoe trip for like 2 hours.
I am glad that someone else felt the need to correct this as well. Moose are actually amazing swimmers given their size and spend a lot of time in the water. Majestic and terrifying.
Finally, a BT list that looks like a BT list. Questionable list building with the Van Vets and the Outridera, but SWORD BROS SMASH.

I know it's 2 months out, but just a thing on the charge phase "end within engagement range" thing, the rules are actually very clearly in support, as written, that you can just not end in engagement range if you otherwise *could*.
It's terribly written, but to give the bullet points:
Requirements for a successful charge: can make it into engagement range by moving the result on the dice.
Base to base forcing: IF you can base, you must.
There is not statement that you MUST end in engagement range (unit or models). Simply that all models must end the charge closer than they started.
Therefore, if you CAN get to engagement range, but CANNOT base, you have no requirement, as written, to end in engagement range and can simply move towards the target of the charge marginally, while going anywhere else you want
Yes, it's dumb and ridiculous, but GW hasn't fixed it despite this being a known issue that the community that primarily plays on tabletop sim has known about since 10th edition was released.
I love that Brian starts the game grumpy about having to play Marines and about an hour in he's making all his charge rolls and thinking about playing Blood Angels, lol.

Guys the cervitors on Grimaldus have a 4++ invul and he has a 5+ FnP by himself, Also on that fight on death on Brians turn 4 they all had Reroll's because of timing!
I don’t know how much it would matter, but desperate escape tests fail on 1-2, not just one, so at 1:22:25, there would be 3 dead models instead of 2. Just something to be aware of.
Finally you put Templars on the table. I shall watch this.

Having no tanks means anti tank guns chew through your not invuln save having infantry like butter, fnp or no fnp

How are you bringing multiple pf the same weapon with the scourges?
Gonna blow your mind here but that’s what the unit can take:
“Up to 4 Scourge can replace their shardcarbine with one of the following: all the weapons”
Meaning 4 of your scourges can take any of the weapons, including multiples of the same one
Why no Inceptors?
None in the templars collection to be honest. More angry melee it is!

I like BT with alot of there own troops, not so much primaris. But inceptors is rated high as a unit, nice to get some blasting that easy cn drop down behind enemy lines. 😊

@@konradczco All models in the unit have the Beasts and Aeldari keywords, including the Beastmaster, who also has the Mounted, Fly, Character and Beastmaster models. As he gets the Beast keyword, he can still move through ruins.
@@konradczco You are getting confused and thinking that the Beastmaster section is all his keywords when its actually keywords that apply to specifically only to him. The entire unit has the beasts and aeldari keyword.
