Windows keeps telling me it cannot find the app.ini file. I even tried to re install from scratch and it still wont open. It just says error are you sure you typed the correct file name. Clicking on the file and it still wont work
That seems odd, when you run a test session for the first time, iRacing creates the .ini files it needs and places them in the iRacing folder in your Documents folder. Do you not see them in that folder?

if i use crew chief or some else autofuel program. should i change those autofuel values?
I think I'd just turn off the iRacing autofuel setting in the .ini file and then the autofuel values won't matter as it won't use them
