I'm trying to say that Tyra yelled at that girl because she was trying to explain that Tiffany should believe that things are not "predestined" and Tiffany was constantly talking at the same time, which can become frustrating for a man passing you on the street, much less a celebrity. Tyra decided to express her frustration through an attempt to give Tiffany a way to shoot down her "this is just destiny" perception of life, because Tyra was expressing concern for someone, instead of not caring about anyone's attitude and continuing without any extra comments.
First of all, Tyra has no right to tell a person what they should and shouldn't believe. Secondly, Tyra told Tiffany she thought it was a joke long before Tiffany was trying to talk over her. Tyra was wrong, and her arrogance in telling a girl how she was thinking and feeling was wrong. I stand by my assessment.

That speech of her it's not that beautiful and Tiffany came from a way far worse life than Tyra's so i think it was unfear and unnecessary.
