Air France has made a huge jump in quality over the past few years. I now consider this airline as number one in terms of service and along the best in terms of comfort, which was far from being the case 10 years back.
While renewing their fleet they have improved a lot, I agree. With the older aircraft (see A380 review) they were pretty average
@@MyTrips_Aviation absolutely. I understand they’re getting rid of their 380s ? Their service has become exquisite, with that typically French touch (the French when they turn nice and polite I mean LOL) that is so delicate and subtle, unlike that stereotyped acting of so many other airlines’ flight attendants.
Ice cream, Chocolate and Flying - what else does anyone possibly need in life :)
That is indeed a great view of Paris on departure !! What a most excellent flight...food and seating along with excellent IFE is all you can ask for...other than a safe landing !! Great review as always and I look forward to your next trip report and well done again !! Fantastic!!
To see that approach is amazing from the 787. I live in Bogotá but to see the city with that angles it is already another thing. Thank you for your video.

This business class is a very solid product.
Amazing video man! I was in that same flight Paris-Bogotá last year in October. I was in Economy class, not such as luxurious as Business but it was very nice and the service was great.
Thanks for such a comprehensive review of your flight with Air France My Trips. So pleased that they have come up with a decent hard product after their miserable A380 business class. The airline ticked nearly all the boxes on this occasion. (We won`t talk about the crew controlling the window dimmers! ) Stunning footage upon take off and coming in to land.

Great flight experience by Air France Business Class with Boeing 787-900 Dreamliner
A great review ... fantastic take off and landing view captured , I will say this time is the best capture from u till now ... Air France have come back this time ... such a brilliant service and the catering was too good ... the seats looked classy and better than many good wide bodies .... I have Air France try in my list now try is for sure .... this review is refreshing very much .... and must say the amenity kit it’s very attractive .

Just wow ! I have to say that I'm very impressed by Air France , I flew with Air France like 5 years ago and I can say there are a lot of radical changes , well done Air France and great video btw :)
First ever longhaul with AF was so bad that I never flew them again.... and then af447 happened. Knowing what mightve happened with the "sleeping" captain and his guest, I would never ever go with them.

Great review. I have been spoiled with the cocoon like Business Class compartments that offer so much privacy. I know that some passengers feel claustrophobic in them but I prefer not to be "on show" while I am sleeping! LOL! Even with the great cabin service and food on Air France, I am going to stay with airlines that offer a more private experience in Business Class.
I'm very impressed with amenity kit. The legroom was fantastic.
This video gives me the travel icth. I hope I can do some travelling next year.
Airfrance-KLM is such a great airline on both sides! Amazing crew, clean airplanes and delicious food.

I have avoided AF for a couple of years now because service was not good, staff usually haughty and I hate connecting through CDG, but after this video, I’m willing to give it a shot.

Probably the final procedure was RNAV approach.... Very smooth turn at low altitude and surrounding mountains.

Great review! I'm not really a fan of those dimmable windows on the B787. It takes quite some time to dim and un-dim, and the crew can simply lock them.

What site are you using to get such cheap business class prices? Air France/KLM is usually mental money!
This one was booked directly from KLM’s website Francis. I think it was less than a month before the flight. January/February are usually cheaper to fly. In fact the majority of my flights are booked directly with the airlines although I use search engines to find them first. I also look for offers

There was no external camera on the aircraft. In fact since I promised you the double filming I have never been on an aircraft with external camera!
I'm curious...Did that $1880 (US) fare require any frequent flyer miles? If not I'd say that's a pretty good deal. Enjoyed the vid as always 😉👍👍✌

The one thing I detest on Dreamliner is the fact that I cannot control the shutter/view so I avoid Dreamliners in business class..economy alla..in that class I am used to aisle seats as it gives the freedom to come and go..but in business I want light..windows and lamps
Minus 100 for blocking the window. Everything else was excellent.
No disappointments (aside from dimming the windows) on this flight.
For a 9 month old plane the bit surrounding the seat controls (19:28) looks really scraggy and old. Kind of detracts from the overall feel of the plane.

Unfortunately many airlines do it. The official excuse is to allow passengers to sleep but I believe they do it to get you to sleep so they can rest too
