Don’t think there’s ever been a better performance from a keeper in the old firm derby than big Frasers at hampden 1-0 to Celtic .. We were outplayed and the big man saved the day it was unreal I’ve never been so full of adrenaline in my life I watched that game with hands over ma face . It had everything down to 10 men big fraz saved a penalty it was crazy .. Never forget it thanks for the memories big man 👏🏼

I’m a rangers fan but though the big man was a great keeper. His performance in 2019 league cup final was the best performance from a goalkeeper I ever seen in the flesh. He sent me home spewing
Celtic were so bad that day. In fairness it was rangers stopped Celtic from playing. It felt like nothing would go past ff that day, even the penalty I was sure he was going to save it. Can’t be many games where the performance of one individual decided the outcome of a game as much as that day.

His best performance in a Celtic jersey was the 2019 League Cup final vs rangers.
Celtic won 1-0 and played most of the 2nd half with ten men. Big Fraser saved a penalty and made several more great saves, came for crosses etc... A true MOTM performance.
It was also a very cathartic experience for Celtic fans who had lived though the 1990's and had experienced so many derbies where Celtic had dominated the game but had been unable to score due to Andy Goram's heroics in goal for rangers

Fraser in the Barcelona game and the League Cup Final were 2 of the best gaolkeeping performances I've ever seen. Also his save from Cataldi's volley in the last minute of the Lazio game deserves a mention. Top lad

Big Fraz is loved up here, absolutely fantastic keeper, we’ve been blessed to have a couple of excellent England foaljeeeprs players here , Joe hart is loved as well, ppl can slate him over the drop off after city and England but for us he’s been outstanding on and off the pitch , the way he talks about the club is an absolute joy to hear.

Try Vasco v Flamenco in the Maracana. 180,000 crazy fans. It starts 4 hours before the game, all choreographed displays and signing. I was there in 1998, 12 people were killed in the stadium during the match. Old firm game is small potatoes in comparison. Ive been at several OF games, great atmosphere but not anywhere near the Maracana. BTW im a hibs supporter.
