Beautiful... As a Cameroonian who has been to Nigeria afew times, I gave Victoria Island alot of props until I saw your videos of Nairobi, Kenya. That Country is giving Nigeria a Run for its Money.

For Lagos with a population of about 25million being challenged by Nairobi with a population of less than 5million tells allot about the two countries/cities

How do you compare Nairobi to Lagos. Lagos is a city state, a megalopolis with its benefits and demerits. Give props to Lagos for looking decent please. It’s not perfect but rapidly developing.

l saw my old apartment building before l left nigeria, eko court. There use to be a mall underneath the swimming pool by the gate area. There is a ground floor parking in the building. This whole area us to be purely residential,we only had oceanic bank across the road then. And that was the start of the commercial activities in vi.they bought out all the duplexes and build commercial houses. Why developers are not doing the same at the back of marina, agbongbo,my old office area with all that old buildings is beyond me..Nice one, thank you.

Apart from development, there should be other things you cherish about Nairobi, Kenya than about Lagos, Nigeria. You are a Nigerian without a doubt, and it hurts me that you are too blinded not to appreciate Lagos' beauty. With multi-billion-dollar megaprojects underway in the state, do you think Nairobi Kenya will be able to compete with Lagos Nigeria?

Nigerians never follow rules, there is sidewalk but we never use it but we blame government for everything when we citizens dont even do our part

    Checklist of an upscale neighborhood.
    1. Low population density (exclusivity)
    2. Serenity
    3. Restricted entry
    4. Minimum plot size is 1 acre
    5. Stunning views of nature
It is pointless to show buildings because they can be constructed any other place but it would not automatically make a location upmarket or posh.
In real estate the 1st rule is location, structures dont matter. A mud hut on the right location is worth more than a 20 Bedroom mansion on the wrong location.
