I'm sorry but no matter how much i love China i gotta give Japan so much more stars in terms of Media. Anime/Video games/Manga Are loved everywhere on the globe. Most video games and animation came from Japan. That's why people can't ever truly hate it despite WW2. But for living quality China hands down. Japan is only better for introverts While China is good for introverts and extroverts because its society is more chilled than Japan.
