As a veteran, these guys seem like they’re LARP’ing. Any group that runs ops should stay as low key as virtually possible. Even with blurred faces and nicknames these guys can easily be identified by other organizations and enemies. The only thing defunct about Blackwater is the company name. They’ve changed names several times since (Academi ) and merged with triple canopy to become Constellis holdings. They are currently the biggest PMC in North America.

From what I just researched, Academi (formally Blackwater/Xe Services) did defunct in 2014. They merged with Triple Canopy, Inc. to form Constellis Holdings. Constellis, from their website, seems to be a conglomerate of different security companies. So in a way they did defunct just come back under a different company.

A person purposefully breaking vegitation with a two man left flank and a sitting position is something that wasn't shown. Intel is important. Knowing that it was a three man team would allow for an ambush, not a hectic retreat.
