Teaching classes or in a club is good too. You get a lot of mobility and stretching and speed drills done.

Absolutely
For re-fueling, I always do frozen blueberries, sardines, eggs. The usual carbs like soba/somen, and rice/noodles. Add in a good amount of green tea daily as well, around 500ml to 1 litre.
Oh nice, can’t say I’ve experimented with the green tea!

Thanks Jen, honestly the masks are top quality. They’re a bit pricey, but premium quality and does everything I need from an eye mask!
I’m guessing one of these elite athletes you’re referring to is world renowned athlete Donald Carter. He is elite after all, even you confirmed it in the thumbnail of that Portugal vlog.

The best bananas are wrapped in tinfoil with some brown sugar and rum, then baked on the bbq and covered in ice cream! True story

One sleeping a routine is really helpful have dinner until 7 or 8 pm about 2 to 3 hours before going to bed.
Work it backwards from your time you want to get up.
It takes two or three weeks to set in.

Man, those bananas were not ready! Always pays to have a box of nice juicy medjool dates on hand, great all round fuel.
Processed foods tho... for one thing watch out for rapeseed oil in that junk, they put it in loads of things. All of it is GMO and the vast majority is heavily processed into something rather unhealthy and inflammatory to say the least.
If you must eat 🐟🎂 you'd be way better off making your own with cold pressed avocado oil (decent smoke point), and without the rapeseed oil, cow milk/cream/cheese. Make a batch and keep in the freezer.
Even better though, how about some homemade spicy organic lentil chickpea vegetable cakes?

Thats a proper tricky one... would probably say just a bog standard cod fish cake tbh! Maybe tescos finest cod with cheese and parsley sauce filling!

Haha body confidence is high at the moment! Typically struggled with my relationship with food, but the past few months I’ve really built a better relationship and am feeling more confident for it!
