I'm a Filipino and all I can say is that one of the most amazing things throughout Manny's career is that whenever he fights, its almost as if the whole country had a national holiday. Literally no one on the streets, even the crime rate from that certain day goes nearly zero. Being the 'only' boxer in all history to win 12 major world titles from 8 different weight divisions, Pacman is the literal embodiment of the resiliency of a Filipino. A story of rags to riches, someone who's worth the title of a hero.

And watching Pac-Man, with some of the greatest boxing I had ever seen in any weight division. He was a master, he wasn't just a boxer he was a chess master boxer.

Manny was the first boxer to win the lineal championship in five different weight classes, the first boxer to win major world titles in four of the eight "glamour divisions" and is the only boxer to hold world championships across four decades (1990s, 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s). No doubt the GOAT

We all know Pacquiao's scary speed and power...but I am most impressed with his stamina. When he was younger all the way to his peak, and even as he was fading, he can box and slug through 12 rounds...90% of boxers start slowing down after round 5.

His calves tells everything about the guy .. he's been running on uphill terrain eversince he boxed ... His speed strength came from those and his stamina came from those types of conditioning ... Joe rogan even mentioned this

He actually said that. He trained for 38+ rounds to adapt his stamina because there are 12 rounds and losing speed in his punches would be a hindrance and cost him to lose. Without Stamina you can't use speed.

Tell that to Prime Miguel Cotto whom Floyd avoided all his life when Miguel is the man in the welterweight!
Tell that to Prime Antonio Margarito whom Floyd also avoided all his life! Remember the video when Antonio challenged Floyd face to face??
Tell that to Keith Thurman, the no 2 welterweight when Manny fought him!
      How about Floyd??
When Floyd should’ve fought Antonio Margarito but chose to fight Carlos Baldomir, considered as the paper champ compared to the above mentioned, Miguel Cotto, Kermit Cintron, Carlos Quintana or Paul Williams..
When Floyd chose Oscar Dela Hoya and defeated the latter, he should’ve fought Vernon Forrest, the man in the Jr. Middle at that time or went down to Welter to fight the above mentioned but he chose to retire, due to lack of competition.. What??
After he retires at 2007 and returned in 2009, he chose the lightweight JMM?? After that, he fought Shane, Victor, not on his prime Miguel, Robert Guerrero, etc.. Compared to Manny Pacquiao who fought prime Ricky Hatton on his weight class, prime Miguel Cotto, huge Joshua Clottey, prime Antonio Margarito, Shane Mosley, JMM, Timothy Bradley, etc..
Now, who’s fighting bums and washed up fighters now??
