Finally a working advice. The second one. You made my life better, it was frustrating how these good sound earphones stopped connexion and especially in culminat part of the song

Same with mine. Right one is dead. Wont blink led or show any sign of life. The box does blink yellow when inserted.

I thought I was totally Fucked after I traded my old phone in for a new one at the Apple store. I had left the touch controls disabled via the app in the old phone. However this video did help. I don't know exactly which part worked but i tried all of them and I was able to re-pair them to my new phone!!!
Hi, my sennheiser momentum 3 earphones are partially working.
Both of the earbuds work but the left one has no sound.

How do I reset the charging case?
Mine won't charge to even get this far. The hold and tap does nothing for me!! Just sending them back under warranty but what a hassle. Got for my mom at Christmas and she's used once.
I love these headphones. Nice sound and I love anti wind. But it stopped working right side 😢😢😢

Not soft but covered with that fabric.
I was using them on & the right ear plug won’t power up I’ve reset them but no good & when I try& pair a device to the app I can’t as only one ear plug flashing

Is there any way to reset them when both earbuds are dead? They don’t charge anymore and I’m sure it’s a software problem, but I can’t factory reset them when both earbuds are dead…

@@tufguy33 Put them into the box, did the reset as in the video. Let them sit in yhe box for a couple of hours if theyd charge and they did! App is still not working, but I tske it as a win since now the buds are charging again.

@@tufguy33 I also cleaned the contacts both in the case and earphones with some alcoholwipes
My left side earbud is not power on.. How to fix.. I can't even pair without turning that on.. It is brand new
These headphones are really poor. Just received a new pair under warranty and the new headphones are faulty out of the box. One ear bud is completely unresponsive and won't take charge. So currently waiting for Sennheiser to replace again!
Those earbuds are full pf bigs an totally bad. 2 times in fixing Store after month they do nothing again. Messy sennheiser never again
These are the worst headphones for reliability of all time. Mine won't charge. I've cleaned all the contacts yet the buds stay at 10%

Total garbage product and company! Sennheiser isnt even the same company anymore third party hearing co handles this crap. No customer support at all. I got ripped off buying from this scam company hope you don’t make my mistake.
