- Mike Witcher stopped by and played our Scheerhorn "Wish List" Resonator Guitar today. This one is "Wish List #2", made from pallets sent to Tim Scheerhorn from Africa by a friend in the Peace Corps. And Mike absolutely makes it sing! Give us a call or email for more information on this special instrument, and be sure to visit Mike's website below!

Beautiful. Mike's a master of harmonic progressions and substitutions. Another alien musical presence amongst us, like Jerry himself. Cutting edge. IMHO, of course. ;-)
Wow. Those are some serious pallets!
That Horn really talks. Thanks to Mike 's excellent playing...
Whatever the name, I don't think I've heard anything better on the reso !!
What kind of Scheerhorn model is it? Sounds beautiful
It's a real Scheerhorn, built by Tim Scheerhorn himself, not National. The Peace Corps wood is mahogany I believe.
Love this. What's happening at 2:38 ? Sounds like an organ coming in perfectly on cue..maybe the resonance of another instrument on a wall ?
It's a train horn in the distance. I'm pretty shure!
Beautiful! What is the name of the song?
The first one sounds similar to "The Sweet By and By" but I'm not entirely sure. Might be an original
The tune he plays in the middle is called Methodist Preacher. Not sure about the rest.
The first one is "Pony" by Tom Waits, and I think the second is "Leather Britches", isn't it? Don't know the last one.
What's the name of the third song? Starting at 2:19?
The original witcher
