Installing a curved bay window pole

Expert Blacksmith Richard Fishenden from Made by the Forge shows you how to install a curved bay window curtain pole with a little help from his friends, Hugo and Rachel. Bespoke handcrafted, wrought iron bay curtain poles are reassuringly heavy and installing them takes more than just one pair of hands.
Richard firstly explains what tools he will need and then goes through the process of securing the brackets and pole to the wall. These sort of windows are notoriously difficult because of their round nature but it is achievable with help and patience. The pole and brackets in this video were specially made to measure and to fit this particular curved window by Made by the Forge.
