Thank you so much for the video! I had a go at this and as a beginner at DIY, mine is definitely not as neat as yours but it is near enough to the shape at the window. I’m so pleased with it. I’d never have thought of this without your video. I’ve got 2 bay windows and I think I’ve saved about £200. Thanks so much
You raise a good point however, there was no cost because I borrowed one, equally I could have made a form out of some scrap wood that would have done the same job but it would have needed more elbow grease.
Hi! What kind of weight can this 22mm copper pipe hold? Have you got proper curtains on it or a net curtain? I was thinking of doing this and came across your video whilst doing research. I was thinking a double rail, a 15mm pipe for a net curtain, then a 28mm pipe for curtains. Thanks
Hi Binman. I’ve got curtains on mine and the rail supports them fine. I’d say if you have a strong fixing, the curtains weight won’t be an issue. I like your double rail idea, all the best with that!
I just had this idea for my bay window so I searched on YT and you've beaten me to it. Good work and I learnt a lot !
@@PAAkhtargreat minds! Pleased you found the video helpful. Wish you the best with yours
Well done. 👍🏻Custom and inexpensive. Those words are not usually used together in a sentence 😂
Nice work man 👍

Not to knock the video. Good job you did. I was going to give it a go myself until I saw the price of a pipe bender.
Good job!!
I agree with jared; please make a pole for me.
Cheryl, I’m sure you’re more than capable of having a go at this yourself.

@@BerkleyBuildsnice video, thanks. Quick question - how do your curtain pole rings move along the pipe? Don't the brackets get in the way?
@@InfiniteNowAlways a great question! I had some strong fixing points so I only used three brackets. One either side and one in the middle
can i employ you to make me a pole thanks
I promise you Jared that you’re capable of doing it yourself, if you have any questions let me know.
