I love the shape of the Watch 3 and was going to go with it, instead of the GT3 (I own the GT1). But the mini sim won't work in Ireland, or the option to pay using the watch. Would you say the GT3 Pro is worth getting instead of the Watch 3? I still think the Watch 3 looks nicer. Interested to hear opinions

Yes, you can, there is plenty of storage space, about 26GB.
Can this connect to an external chest strap for better hr accuracy like garmin?
if u check the review of the quantified scientiest on youtube ull c its hr tracking is quite accurate compared to polar h10 cheststrap, even during strenght training where watches tend to fall short
As far as i know: yes, but you have to buy one which has Bluetooth. Most of the only have ANT+ which is not supoorted

Need to wait for KKM to approved it for use in Malaysia. I would say buy only when they approved. Otherwise might take months or years.

If you have an iPhone then keep your Apple watch. Apple will always keep their ecosystem works really well bet their products. Big adv of this watch is only Batt life, and design of course if you prefer round.

Unfortunately, Huawei watches doesn't have GPS tracking in watersports, except for free diving and swimming. People asking for it for 4 years already, doesn't help 🙈😭 Just bought one, super disappointed 😕

@LIM : Maybe you can solve this mistery. I am talking about the memory capacity of the GT3 pro. The following 3 set on numbers can be found on the internet about the RAM/ROM capacities namely 32 Mb/4Gb, 2Gb/16Gb and 4Gb/32Gb. I contacted Huawei in The Netherlands where I live and they would not give me any information about the memory capacity. It seems like a company secret. However there is a way to check it partly namely connect the watch to the Huawei Health app and somewhere in the settings of the app you can at least see what memory capacity is still free. I think this will give at least a valid number of the ROM (to store data and misic files). Karl I would appreciate it if you could have look at it with your GT3 pro. many thanks in advance.
Also If the RAM is only 32 Mb (which is rediculous small) this GT3 pro can probably never be updated to Harmony OS 3.0 (the 3 pro and 3 pro NEW both are updated to harmonay OS 3.0 but those 2 watches have a RAM/ROM of 2GB/16Gb).
A pity you can not include attachments here because in one of the Russian reviews of the GT3 pro on youtube there was screenshot of the Huawei Health app which showed that the GT3 pro still had 25 Gb free memory left. This makes it so confusing if it is stated in most reviews that the memory is just 4 Gb. Maybe there are more versions of the GT3 pro and it is region dependend how much memory is installed !!!??????

If it can also reply text, NFC enabled so that can make payment through the watch while shopping, can download / synch music from iOS device….
Still you can't add how many widgets you want on the main screen? still you cannot answer calls on android auto if you have their watch paired with your phone, still you cannot preview your whatsapp pictures? Proud owner of a watch 3 pro elite..... these are the first three most annoying things that don't work for me.
If you go at direct sunlight above 40⁰ within the two hours watch will be heated and shutdown automatically

You can pair with iOS for pretty basic stuff!! Inshort the notification will work!!

It is compatible with iOS. I used it with my iPhone for the past week and it was great. You still can answer calls, but of course not reply messages.

@@haikalmalek6323 yes it’s kind of compatible, my suggestion if u r iOS user just buy Apple Watch 7. I own one and battery is not that much of an issue as it support fast charging. U can use it for 2 days normal use. Apple Pay with Apple Watch is amazing thing to have.

But: the only thing about memory we find into the training documents of the girl from the Huawei shop. And indeed, it seems to have 32GB/4GB.

I have the Amazefit GTR3 Pro. There is over 120+ faceplates and it's free. The Huawei app in USA is pretty useless.

you can look for Huawie Watch 3 which it has a features of replying a message as well as do some call thru e-sim
It doesn't have an nfc payment, no replying messages on WhatsApp SMS , and no Google assistance preferred Samsung is better

My schedule calendar alarms doesn’t apear at the watch.
Also can’t control the music on my iPhone.
Plus it makes me go on all day with the Bluetooth on, and if you get more than 5 meters apart it disconnects im self.
And reconnecting the two again… sometimes it’s a really nightmare!
Maybe for Android and Huawei system but for IOS users that need that extra help every day. No! It’s a beautiful rock for iPhone users.
