Very illuminating, especially the bit about the difference between forgiveness and reconciliation. In some situations I felt that I could not "get back together" with the person that hurt me, even though I was no longer angry with them, but couldn't really understand the instinct. I thought forgiveness meant being "friends" again, but at the same time felt that the person was a threat to my spiritual life.
It is the third Sunday of Lent and this video pops up...I realized that it was no accident...I need Joy even in the midst of Lent...and trials such as not feeling well but not so badly sick.Your talk once again made me change my "focus"...Focusing on Jesus brings real Joy.This is one video I keep watching and listening to...one of my favorite among your video and homilies.Thanks Fr Terrance . The references to scripture is truly enriching.Prayers for you always.

Thank you! I always relate to St. Peter’s character defects. The part of your teaching about “Peter walking on water”, heard it so many times, but Today, I heard the Holy Spirit speak Through it. My “waves” exist In My personal life! I’ve become depressed, and I’m old, so there’s always that “too late to change” the enemy whispers to me.

Watched this video I guess 2 months ago.but it popped up again. And just as good.because this is one video that I enjoyed. Your talk was really "joyful.".. I laugh again with the participants.I really laughed about Martha and Mary... I have a sister who is at times like Martha.And I remember praying to Jesus to keep me away from her at that moment.It is good to remember and be reminded again how we can be joyful by " releasing offenses" people have done to us.And I like your reference to St Therese. Thanks again Fr.Terrance for the spiritual food and the Joy too .

Its jan., 2021, but I listen to this video again.its really a "joyful" video... just to remind me that I must let go and be joyful again..."Releasing the hurts to the Lord" and " look on others with eyes of mercy" dont ever want to have a "gold medal" for keeping count of offenses of others.This is your talk that I downloaded that benefitted me spiritually so much.Thanks so much.Im not feeling too well ...Doing God's will brings Joy...and I keep in my memory the anecdote about St Francis and Bro.Leo. when I have to bear the weaknesses of others.You are always in my prayers...may I ask Fr that you pray I get well soon.May Jesus and Mary bless and keep you always.
