13:15 his return notifications could actually spike him back to popularity, but producing high level content everyday without an injury is literally insane to try and achieve and no one does it for long. The best players you've ever seen pivoted to entertaining/informative content within a year.
Pufferfish667 was by far my favorite apex youtuber, he was very entertaining and i learned a lot from him in apex

Puffer was an outrageously underrated player, even by himself. Never thought he had the minerals to compete at comp but i dont see why he couldnt have competed on one of the great Aussie pro teams. Was such a shame to see his hand injury slowly ruin any chances for him.
Great to hear your voice!!! Man i feel this i got RA and get tendinitis in my forearm, hand, and wrist. Was a Semi Pro Halo 3/Reach grinder but had to stop because of pain and that was 15 years ago, shit hasn't got to much better now in my 40s (no sympathy). Wish him the best but without surgical intervention he probably will never be back to what he was. (I still play but only MnK and just casual AF but always dream of what could have been)
It was always a blast watching him Zues and Jankz team up and just wreck lobbies. He could revive his channel through the help of other creators but if you look at Zeus he doesn't play Apex any more they're all burnt out and want to play something different

Puffer was one of my favorites...used to watch his streams. Absolute fragger, hilarious, and I think personality wise, he just didnt like online culture. I personally think thats why he left. He still plays with Zeus here and there.
He might have been advised wrong but I still think he needed to rest. I remember watching him and he couldn't play well because of his eyes. I think he is unique enough to come back. He can make content for the new season and I think he would be back.
I miss watching puffer and zeus all the time man. How i learned alot of the ways i played for a long time. Those guys taught me alot. I wish puffer the best, hopefully we will see him again in some way shape or form.

I will say I watched pufferfish in the beginning of his raise. And when he was starting his grind, he was torn between university and streaming. So him heading in that way was an inevitable decision. Sux alot but I remember commenting pushing him to just give it shot and he did. So yeah bummer but i hope he's good
I ran into him in pubs back in s2 and have been a mega fan since then ;-; this made me super upset when he quit, I already knew exactly why he quit but I watched this video for nostalgia :(

Tennis elbow is no laughing matter. I've got it twice already. I got it s13. Twice while grinding from bronze to diamond solo q. I was halfway to d3, but i have to stop due to that, and work. Lets hope the best for pufferfish.

I totally forgot about him. I remember him Zeus and Puffer playing together in small tournaments.
Wonder if it was the way he was gripping his controller(he had a scuf impact and from what I heard those have shitty paddle placement and not ergonomic, then a scuf infinity)that was causing his injury
Or maybe it’s because he sat with his arms in the same position 8+ hours a day everyday for 3 years with absolutely no exercise or rest periods.

Yeah used to watch the man religiously back when he would get like 20 viewers a stream. Pre sure he was having some problems with his wrist and eyes as a result of apex. Its better that those factors steered him away from the game tho as he already deffered uni by like 2 years and and moved out at like 19 so the bro had to really focus up on his future anyways. Puffer has so much more going for him outside of gaming anyways and apex is pre much dead so no point in him really coming back. Will miss him tho, was most defs a fave of mine
if he was showing his elbow, and having pain specifically in the elbow and the tendon, what other diagnosis can it be? Personally, i played through tennis elbow and sure, there were times it was really painful but its more than just taking time off LOL. There is a reason why that point is inflamed. I was a collegiate athlete then signed after that. You take a sports injury (though no way i consider gaming a athletic sport at all ) but you go to rehab. From direct shots for the inflammation to "specific" therapy, working the upper forearm muscle correctly, helps you recover a lot faster. Rest does help, but if you are not getting the right therapy and you only take time off and never strengthen it, its going to come back. I think it might be an excuse it was something else and misdiagnosed. Neurological ? LOL , no. Functional mechanics of his arm? Sure. Tennis. There is a recovery protocol for tennis elbow he obvious didn't get treatment and if he did , by looking at his physique and arms, he didn't do any specific arm strengthening.

I had tennis elbow a lot when I was younger (from actually playing tennis) had a 115-120mph serve in highschool nbd nbd but all I did was implement some strength training and it went away. Like just work out a little bit come on son.
