Excellent. From personal experience the best connection between the military industrial complex and the Pentagon is RAND Corp. Begun in 1945 by Donald Douglas (Douglas Aircraft) as a think tank, it was incorporated as a non-profit in 1948 in California. After a trip to Area 51 in Feb. 1995 I was setup in a sting operation at RAND's headquarters in Santa Monica, CA. The ONI , I later learned , was behind it all.

1982, aboard USS Dwight D Eisenhower in the Med. I was working night check on the flight deck and we were doing a respot, getting the planes ready for the morning launch. The weather was clear and you could see all of the stars. I was standing there with a couple of my shipmates waiting to move an F-14 and I noticed one of the stars was moving. I said to my shipmates, do you see that? Yes, they also saw it. As we were watching it, it made an abrubt left turn and took off like a bat out of hell. I watched it until it was out of sight. I know what an F-14 doing mach 2 at 40,000 feet looks like and this was moving much much faster than that. So yeah, I know UFO's exist, because me and my shipmates saw that. Nothing we have on planet Earth can move like that.
