TRIP REPORT | Lufthansa CityLine Bombardier CRJ-900 (ECONOMY CLASS) Munich to Rzeszów

- My first trip report on Lufthansa! D-ACNO, one of Lufthansa CityLine's many Bombardier CRJ-900s flew me from the airline's second largest hub in Munich, Germany, to Rzeszów, Poland, the largest city in the country's southeast region. I've flown Lufthansa CityLine CRJs a couple times, as you can see in some of my older videos, but this was my first time documenting the experience as well as flying on one of their CRJ-900s. Lufthansa has outfitted their CR9s with the maximum number of seats possible, 90. If you've watched any of my previous trip reports, I'm sure you can guess what I thought of the legroom ;) Enjoy this European trip report!

Another great trip report! I love Lufthansa's mainline, and recently flew on their A350 out of Vancouver and on their 747-400 from Frankfurt. I'm 6'2 and I found their Economy and Premium Economy to be excellent! However, on Lufthansa CityLine I also noticed that they had supercramped seats, even on flights over an hour. While the service was good, having your knees press up against the back of the seat infront of you wasn't the most fun.
Another Brilliant TripReport mate. Very nicely put together. That legroom looks awful, at least you got free food I guess.
Nice video! I flew on this LH aircraft in July from MUC to PRG:-) I had same feelings like you, but on my flight was very unfriendly crew, one of them had a problem with my camera :-D Btw. nice channel and good work!
Nice trip report, mate! Very interesting to watch. MUC looks huge from inside! And that seat pitch was very bad indeed. Good thing that it was quite a short flight. Well done :)

Very Nice video, but don't complain, the problem is your height, you're a tall man , in a small aircraft. hahahahaha
yeah, you should consider how you position that type review... you made it sound like most people are 6:8, like the airline should have considered the fact that you are 6:8. Frankly, it makes you sound somewhat immature!
That wasn't what I was going for, I was trying to highlight the issues that this could have for other tall people. Thanks for the feedback though!
In Germany it’s not that special to be 6:4, i know many people that are this height...

I flew with Lufthansa crj and for me the seat (and the plane) was good. However nice video!
Heh, that’s a lot of legroom compared to Spirit Airlines. I doubt you’ll even fit in the seat or be able to put down your tray table. Do a review as long as you don’t chose the big front seats or an exit row. Or an ERJ where you are slouching for the whole flight.

Excellent review. I like the fact that you focus on legroom as there are many tall passengers (I am 6'3' myself) and seat pitch is the primary factor in choosing an airline. Sometimes I would just prefer to take a bus or a train rather than endure seat pitch like LH has on their short haul planes.
Mikey3399 no, actually there are NOT many tall passengers like that. Anything above 6’2 is statistically pretty rare.

Oh just fucking great... i got rebooked for my flight on sunday on exact the same jet... flying business class but i dont think that there will be much difference to the seats..
I flew FMO-FRA in a Lufthansa CityLine CRJ-900, and, especially considering my height that is about 2.01m, the legroom could've been worse, Lufthansa is a bit unreliable though, my FMO-FRA flight was cancelled twice in a row, and the one that actually arrived at FRA had an hour delay.
Is it possible that you flew with me from Rzeszow to München on Wednesday April 3rd ?
I agree that the new Lufthansa Economy seats are way too slim n hard. Cost saving as they are light. But because of the slim design of the CRJ 900 they are not suitable. I still remember the old Lufthansa seats on their CRJ 700, which were fantastic. But unfortunately all seats have been replaced with these uncomfortable new ones!

I like the engine view and don't mind the noise, but the lavatory is a downside for sure!

ok so youre in aviation, you know youre a tall guy why not take a bigger plane if u didn't your research on the type of aircraft , if the cabin is small why not take a bigger plane or fly business if the washrooms are so tiny why not take a bigger plane with big lavatories , if the person sitting in front of u cant recline why not fly in business or take a bigger plane
