Because they would of thought twice about their actions the guy in the video legit said the officer that did the killing used a taser on someone on a moving Vehicle. You aren’t supposed to even get close to them when they are going too fast. Let me just ask let’s say a random group of kids were playing ball and that cop tase the kid and he falls off the Atv hits the side walk and smashes through kids. Killing them all. Ya that’s why he should of known better and why the he shouldn’t have run shit didn’t slide and why the dick head who said it got demoted. Because clearly if you can’t think that logically you don’t deserve the little money we give you. He forgot he was still a black man. May we politely suggest the following de-escalation for remedy?
THE TRUST IS COLLAPSED....in other words, your company is no longer granting them any more credit.
If the policeman is not lawfully investigating the crime on behalf of the male/female victim and is entering YOUR company jurisdiction without you summonsing them, then would it not be advisable to be politely placing YOUR public-servants/trustees under your notification that your company is charging $707 per hour/part-there-of for YOUR company time and also $717 for YOUR company performance?....and that any further communicating (verbal) and/ or corresponding (written) with your company, is with them accepting the terms & conditions of the commercial contract IN THE PRIVATE (the cop and their CHIEF and their POLICE UNION is now with PERSONAL liability.... because Notice-to-Agent-is-Notice-to-Principal....and also through JOINDER....and they also lose their qualified immunity)
This way, you are NOT resisting/refusing to obey/comply with their orders/demands/policy /questions, but instead, you are now willing to perform WITH THE CONDITION that payment is with your company immediately, because you have NO CONFIDENCE with them administrating YOUR company trust!
THE PUBLIC TRUST IS COLLAPSED...Why is YOUR company issuing them extra credit! Are YOU not the executor and the beneficiary of YOUR trust?...making them the trustees, whom are with their fiduciary obligation and duty-of-care to be NOT causing you injury nor damage nor loss nor harm.
Is THEIR job YOUR job? Is THEIR company policy YOUR company policy?
not unless and until they are PAYING for your company time & performance
THE CONSTRUCTIVE TRUST IS COLLAPSED...YOUR company is no longer performing free-of-charge!
You may be willing to pursue the matter through the small-claims-court and/or through arbitration which is held in-the-private because PUBLIC court is only for the PUBLIC servant.
YOUR TRUST FUND IS NOW WITH RESTORATION....YOUR company is now making money from every encounter with YOUR public-servants because the days of doing something with your trustees for free are over.
PS-Be the BUSINESS man with the public-servants.....NOT the victim

Yes... but hell is coming for several of them.
Well... the stupidvisor who had no pity to get the boy to the hospital, he will suffer the same fate. Angels will not help him in his last moments. He will be all alone. And when he takes his last breath, he will spiral down to a place of utter torment while he is being removed as far away from peace, as far away from certain of us, *as far away from God* as possible, into outer darkness where there is no light, where only torment, and weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth exist. And that... *BEFORE* the Great White Throne Judgment Day. After the Great White Throne Judgment Day, it will be more of the same torment except 50 million times worse. Nobody wants to go there. But many will. In fact, they're living now like they are going to *"BURST THE GATES OF HELL WIDE OPEN."* NO MERCY.
Which... even WE need to be careful. God is no respecter of persons, all of us will be judged. Anytime you withheld compassion from someone, is when you are in danger of hell-fire, the bible says.
We may not receive justice here on this side, but we most certainly get what we deserve on the other side.
A disproportionate number of cops, percentage wise, will be in that ugly place of torment because they were our judges and not only ENFORCERS of the law. Judges, juries, and sometimes... our executioners.
This comment is DEFINITELY meant to jar us awake to the reslity of choice and what's waiting for us on the other side.

May we politely suggest the following de-escalation for remedy?
THE TRUST IS COLLAPSED....in other words, your company is no longer granting them any more credit.
If a policeman is not lawfully investigating the crime on behalf of the male/female victim and is entering YOUR company jurisdiction without you summonsing them, then would it not be advisable to be politely placing YOUR public-servants/trustees under your notification that your company is charging $707 per hour/part-there-of for YOUR company time and also $717 for YOUR company performance?....and that any further communicating (verbal) and/ or corresponding (written) with your company, is with them accepting the terms & conditions of the commercial contract IN THE PRIVATE (the cop and their CHIEF and their POLICE UNION is now with PERSONAL liability.... because Notice-to-Agent-is-Notice-to-Principal....and also through JOINDER)
This way, you are NOT resisting/refusing to obey/comply with their orders/demands/policy /questions, but instead, you are now willing to perform WITH THE CONDITION that payment is with your company immediately, because you have NO CONFIDENCE with them administrating YOUR company trust.
THE PUBLIC TRUST IS COLLAPSED...YOUR company is no longer issuing them any extra credit! Are YOU not the executor and the beneficiary of YOUR trust?...making them the trustees, whom are with their fiduciary obligation and duty-of-care to be NOT causing you injury nor damage nor loss nor harm.
Please remember that THEIR job is NOT YOUR job and that their company policy is NOT
your company policy unless and until they are PAYING for your company time & performance

@Roy Hernandez I don't think so she knew what was going to happen which is why she turned it on. It's pretty clear when she saw the rest turn it off and turned hers on. You would have to be foolish to think that she didn't know what them turning it off means they all do, i think this time though she thought it was messed up. Now if you would have said that she would didn't know she will get repercussions sure, because she will and I'll find it odd if she isn't removed and then finds it hard finding another job as a cop because that's what they do with people that does what she did. Like the cop that was fired for refusing to shoot a mentaly challenged kid, and can never hold a job as a police again because they call the surrounding places after.

One could argue he chose the wrong course of studies but to say he's uneducated just doesn't hold water... I kind of like your idea about testing them for drugs and alcohol after an incident like this though... Why not they do it in other professions like pilots and train conductors after an accident... It damn sure wouldn't do any harm...

He was SOMEBODY'S CHILD. He deserved better from the people sworn to PROTECT. As far as I'm concerned, the cop should serve the MAXIMUM sentence.
When I worked in law enforcement...way back before I got old... My colleagues and I actually gave a shit. Yes..we had some bad cops but NOTHING like it is now. If you can't summon up the HUMANITY to treat people with the same dignity and care that you would want YOUR loved ones treated with....GET OFF THE JOB. YOU DON'T DESERVE the HONOR to serve the public. Period. This just turns my stomach and breaks my heart.
