I actually like that they kept the classic look for Krile. I could not imagine anyone rocking that outfit besides her.
Only at the second watch I noticed she has a changed outfit! So my bad 🙏 Though I feel like she could get a nicer more Pictomancery version, but that’s subjective ofc!
It's a mix of her old cloak that her teacher gave her with the pictomancer armor and I love it
Honestly I sorta wish they took the hood off. Their hair is pretty without it.
But I get it's an iconic look.
This is XIV so it's actually possible they get a new outfit anyways in the MSQ
@@yanipheonuI do too, to be fair it does come off sometimes. (FF) Lore wise the Cat-Ear hood is OP.
Its also perfect cause the first Pictomancer in Final Fantasy was Relm Arrowny in FF6 (FF3 in other countries back then). And she had a few unique costumes she and her grandfather could wear (a moogle costume, a behemoth costume, a chocobo costume and the Relm-exclusive Cat Hood for example). It just fits (even tho kriles costume is straight out of FF5 from the same named Charakter i think in her whitemageform there)
One of my favourite parts was hearing the music evolve throughout each trailer, I can't wait for the full album! (I guess the game looks pretty cool too) 🤟
It's hard to notice, but Krile isn't actually wearing the completely same outfit. Her classic overcoat is a memento, which is why she's still wearing it, but she does actually have a new outfit on underneath it. Her original outfit is her yellow overcoat, with a blue dress under that and vest on top of the dress. Her new outfit is a similar color scheme to her old one, except it looks like she's wearing more of a full on Suit + dress pants combo instead with a white shirt over the suit itself. In both cases she kept the overcoat as a memento, and it's just such a substantial piece of her look that it kind of overshadows everything else new about what she's wearing. She still looks professional, but still new, a good fit for a character like Krile imo.
I'd love to see more reaction highliiights! The job trailer, maybe the new futuristic looking area and the Hrothgar trailerrrr~

No job made me tear up like that so I’m definitely trying this! Though I am quite bad at caster jobs 😅 but the fact it’s a support/caster makes me very excited for it!
Can't wait to see how pictomancer plays! Looking forward for our new adventure together this next summer 💙

I really want to come back to FFXIV, i started playing...well at launch but I dropped it after like 2 months, i really started playing last year during the mass exodus of WoW and loved the game. I was so sad to learn the glam system is actually garbage compared to literally any other game on the market, not being able to save appearances and having to keep every single piece of gear killed the game for me, that is literally the only reason I play MMOs, i don't run top tier content for stats I do it for the armor and with such a trash system I can't see myself playing until they catch up to rest of industry.
We do have a system to store the outfits and save the whole cords though :( You can check the Glamour dressers and plates!
