Thank you. The written instructions that were included with the lock were just wrong. Long story, but they write that one needs to set it first at 90 degrees and then 180 degrees. Anyway, your instructions work. Thank you again.

excellent! only difference is with my lock you have to turn it 180 degrees (it's more rectangular in shape than yours), and you really have to push down kinda hard! thanks for the vid tho, cheers

thank god you made this video! the package has the wrong instructions! it says to hold down the shackle and rotate another 90°! I was over here about to break it because I was following the instructions! geez lol! makes me want to go back to the store and scribble out the instructions on the packages and write "save urself time and go to poolarity's youtube instead!!"
