Thank You - My Frustration came when I was holding the Reset and Release button at the same time and trying to change the numbers which only the top number would change. It wasn't covered but I noticed you didn't press the Release Button but only pressed the reset button.

Allo, I have this brand of lock and it has been functioning very well till now. My lock is stuck in the lock position with the shackle out. I have tried to reset but the lock has not been able to unlock, therefore, can't reset. i have my TSA 002 cable lock unlocked but when i try to depress the tiny button like you show it does not go in like it does in your video and the dial is set at 000 so i guess my lock may be stuck or something because the little round button next to where the key goes will not go in when i press on it real hard with a pen or anything else what can i try next to reset it :)

just bought the 4 number version. Did 0000 to open, then tried to set the code but the bottom would not move and the pencil kept coming out of the button. Now the cable will not go back in to lock it. How can I reset with a new combo to get the cable back into lock position? Geeeeeez!
