    The pic of the shrine at the top of the mountain is pretty similar to what you will see at the top of every high pass or trek able mountain in Hindu/Buddhist India - the Hindu shrines are normally dedicated to Shiv Bhagwaan as the Himalayas are his abode, there are also always Buddhist prayer flags strung either on or next to the Hindu shrines.

    • @salmanrashid8880
      @salmanrashid8880 Před 2 lety +2

      Very true. And as I have always said, these so-called Muslim shrines have evolved from earlier Buddhist and Hindu worship sites.

    Amazing Story as always. Your personal efforts to reach this point shows your determination despite the odds. And it was not surprising to hear what you said about these places being worship places being converted/Islamicised & taken over subsequently. The prayer flags in your picture are similar to the Buddhist Prayer Flags in Tibet & Ladakh. Actually essence of all religions is same, but have been taken over by Molvis/Pandits/Priests/Rabbis for their personal benefits & agendas.
    Looking forward to more.

  • @sharadchandakacherla8268

    Beautiful story and the narration is just so “desi” in nature , it keeps us hooked(salman sir maybe you could make a video on the way stories are told in our countries) . And the part regarding nature worship , I hope people of all faiths/ dharma protect the nature around them. We here in the subcontinent have always placed an emphasis on being in resonance/ sync with the nature.
    Thank you sir again for a good video

    For Dharti Mata Devi, Dyaus pita( sky father) is the Consort who fertilizes Dharti Mata. So there should be no obstacle /veil between Dharti and Aakash in the form of Gumbad. Shrines of Dharti mata are on mountains, as close to sky as possible. Or at edge of water bodies where Sky reflects itself in water.
