This character and the other one in Tekken were forced into both franchises because of Saudi Arabia's PIF (Public Investment Fund) to drive tourism for their Esports scene at Boulevard Riyadh) What a bunch of bullshit.

-Rashid is from Street Fighter 5, not Street Fighter 6. Street Fighter 5 was financed by Sony which has literally nothing to do with Saudi Arabia, especially not when it was being developed in 2013-2015, lol.
-Shaheen was also featured in Tekken 7, not Tekken 8, and again, was being developed in August 2014 at earliest and has nothing to do with Saudi Arabia, lol.
