Garden City Flythrough

Garden City is a major Mixed-use Regeneration project covering 13 Hectares along a Key Transportation Route to the North East of Nairobi.
The centrepiece will be a 2 level, 48,000 m² retail, dining and leisure development served by 3 major Anchor Units. Sitting alongside will be a development of 400 apartments and a 0.6 hectare commercial development.
The masterplan maximises the available areas of green space and is sensitive to the existing wetlands and mature tropical trees around the site. A dramatic central park and wetland area will retain many of these features and provide a key focus for all elements of the development.
