Yea 9 years later and still not happened.
In fact, there have been plans to demolish it and turn it into "affordable housing" with 3,000 homes, a new public park and 16 new streets. Its a shame that something that was so live pre-lockdown is going to waste due to the bankruptcy and liquidation of many stores like H.Samuel and I think there was a shop with a W in it was like wy something idk, I remember it sold those light-up shoes. It even had a very cutting-edge elevator wayyy ahead of its time that had now stopped due to malfunctions in the fan below it.

Sad how it’s basically become a gentrified student area. I enjoy the avenues and creative things there. But they could of at least left a bit of the authentic old stuff
How accurate is the drawing in virtual 3D? What are the bear parameters of your computer? What are the possibilities for a gradual transition between Revit/ Autocad and VR. Do all of your collaborators have to have VR or the electrician can do his part on a normal 2D/3D plan?

Thanks, very informative video ! I've been working on this application of VR for architects at www.sentiovr.com - a 3D to VR platform that's making it easy for architects to communicate their designs using standalone VR headsets like Oculus Go. Will be great to hear your feedback !
How realistic are you able to make the lighting? The lighting and for example it's relation to different types of materials, such as reflection and colours and so on. I'm studying to become a lighting designer and I'd like to learn to create realistic lighting simulations for VR.
If you look up demos online, you can see videos of extremely realistic looking lighting. You basically can make it look as realistic as you want, as long as you know how and you're willing to put in the time and effort.
